SUNSHINE!!!! Sunshine is so sweet, everyone there is super kind but sunshine makes my morning visits extra sweet. I come every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings. Sunshine is always there to greet me with a smile and always says my name to me which makes my visit more personal and special. She’s amazing! Everyone at this location is wonderful!

No complaints. Drinks come out as they should and bakery items are perfectly toasted not overdone. Not always the quickest but doesn't take too long where I'd wait to go somewhere else if I was close by.

I go here everyday mon-fri and every time sunshine is there to greet me with a smile :) I love coming to this location because of her and her crew that do an amazing job

I made a mistake buying a drink tru the app in a different store and a blonde barista gave me a free one, she was super nice she made my day, I’ll definitely come back and promote this store w my friends

I love their coffee it is real good and they do have some sweet rolls which are delicious

I'm very pleased with the excellent costumer service and our cookie mocha frappes& dragon fruit refresher was soo good thank for the the bacon Gouda sandwich was a nice surprise from the drive thru lady with the diamond's in her teeth she made our day! 💯

Coffee drink was excellent along with service. Not my usual Starbucks location but was convenient because I was in the area.

My order was to go. Love their grilled cheese sandwich!

This place is still my favorite go-to for a good hot and tall cup coffee, especially on a weekend morning.

I came in half dead from making the terrible decision to ride my motorcycle from South Bay to Yuba City. Greg, Steven, and Maddie greeted me very warmly as i came bumbling in and begging for ice water. Amazing service, super friendly, and great to talk to. Omg, as i sit here right now, i dont want to leave this beautifully air-conditioned store, not because of the A/C, but because i feel connected to these wonderful folks.

Nah, it's cause of the A/C, but they're still super dope.

This is just the best Starbucks I've ever been to, and I've thought that each time I come. They are always getting CRUSHED first thing in the morning and yet their energy is absolutely vibing, they keep the air so positive, and are always so friendly, even being apologetic for the wait when they are just swamped. They are so kind. Just made my day today!

The current staff here is insanely friendly. And they really seem to like each other. Great place to have a cup of coffee and get some work done on the interwebs. Tends to be drive-thru heavy, and a dine-in light, so it's usually easy to find a seat. Lots of folks stop in for coffee or tea on their commute or heading up to or coming back from Tahoe since it's right off the freeway.

I always come to this one bc the drinks are always right, no remakes! They got good service and fast lines

This is my Starbucks, I LOVE them! They are the only ones who consistently make the salted cream cold foam cold brew right. I will intentionally wait to get closer to work where this location is by to order my morning beverage. I have even asked them to remake a drink that other stores got wrong. They do so without any hesitation and are so nice about it. They are the best!!!

This is the most friendlies Starbucks I've ever been too. Every employee said good morning as I walked in the door. Every employee was very cheerful. I'll definitely be back

Sometimes the drive-thru line can be crazy, but service is always very quick regardless. Customer service is always awesome and the baristas seem to really like their jobs! We visit this Starbucks often, as the wait is usually shorter than the next closest one. They aren't usually out of the food items that we order, even with how much buisness they receive.

I go to Starbucks just about every day I go to different locations from Citrus Heights Rancho Cordova South Sacramento however this location in West Sacramento is by far my favorite they have great service and I don't think I've ever had to have a drink remade the manager Allie is amazing a lot of the employees have been here for the whole 3 years I've been coming so that says something
When I first started coming here I was actually homeless for the first time in my life manager Allie knew that however she never treated me any different from anyone else during the time that I was homeless I experienced so much discrimination for disrespect and just horrible treatment from other restaurants and even other Starbucks locations I just want to say thank you to Allie and her team for always treating me with respect, and not being judgmental and just being super sweet so thank you Allie and your team.Muah!!

Great place to stop before heading out to the mountains or anywhere eastward. Staff are super accomidating and facility is very clean.
