I am a doordasher and this location is clean, organized and the manager knows what she is doing. It sound like a kitchen chef giving simple instructions to her team.
Good service to doordashers as well.

I recently ordered an Impossible Burger from White Castle, which my cousin picked up for me. When I received it, I was unsure whether it was actually an Impossible Burger. I called the restaurant to inquire, and Tasha answered the phone. She was incredibly pleasant and understanding. While she acknowledged that a mistake could have occurred, she confidently assured me that it was likely an Impossible Burger. After having someone who does not consume Impossible Meat taste it, they confirmed it was indeed not beef. Tasha also reassured me that, in the event of a mistake, she would ensure it was rectified. Her exceptional demeanor and customer service, particularly at such an early hour, were greatly appreciated.

I ordered a strawberry lemonade and it was great! I was just thirsty and had, had enough of water. I didn't expect soo much strawberry and wished the beverage was colder. I enjoyed it very much.

I stops at this location 1 to 2 times a week for breakfeast! Yes breakfast! White castle should advertise their breakfast and also bring back gravy for the original chicken waffle breakfast sandwiche. Try and you'll be hooked! You can also get it all day!

Lunch break quick stop and it was so good. I haven't had a castle burger in a while so I was surprised by their new menu items. I got the 1921 combo. The burger was about twice the thickness of a regular slider and its cooked the same way including the grilled onions. You can opt for any cheese you please. The main difference between the 1921 slider and the "regular " slider ( besides the size) is lettuce and tomato. My veggies were fresh and it didn't have the end piece of tomato which was a welcome sight. I will definitely be back. I love happy lunch time endings.

Thank you for the great customer service, but most of all the awesome flavors that were in my to bag. The gentleman that took my order was patient and even made sure everthing was okay with my order! They went the Extra Mile.

The drive-through was good for timely hot food. There are no complaints.With the facts of labor shortage the service comes as impressive and make a good recommendation

The place was wonderful from top to bottom restroom was very clean and the dining room was sparkling. Staff was fun and friendly will return soon

When I go to White Castle, it's a "special" treat for me. I go there at least once a month!

I haven’t been to WC in years but had a craving today. Went to the WC in Castleton only to see it had been demolished. This was the closest WC to me. Store was clean, guy at the counter was nice and polite, and the food was fresh and delicious! Definitely the nicest WC I’ve been in.

The woman running the register needs a raise. She was multi-tasking better than anyone I've seen in a fast food setting. Taking drive-thru orders, dive-in orders, and serving the orders. A big shout out to her.

They always do a great job at Pendleton Pike/East 56th St. Store. They always have what is displayed on ordering board and / or ads, and they do it 24/7! I don't go there for "atmosphere". Only for drive thru ser usually with ordering from the app.

amazing. the employees seemed so much fun to be around. they were friendly and smiling n while working n very busy that’s a hard thing to do the double cheese burger meals are the best. perfect in every way out food was fresh. friendly n fast. thank you to you the ones that make it happen in the front line n behind the scene.

They always have nice staff. They don't mess up orders and your food is always hot. The wait times are reasonable. They give napkins and ask if you need condiments.

All I can say was the food was hot and fresh. The men did sn extraordinary job. Pendleton pike location on a early Thursday morning...
