When I come in and register Fox I like the way she feels on him to make sure he's okay I like the questions that she asks about his health and the beautiful personality

Everything a pet needs is at PetSmart. And adoption service is very friendly & simply fast.

But a hamster there and it died and they're gonna give me 1/2 price.So yes i'm happy

The employees went out of their way to help us! We will only shop there for the needs of our pets from now on!!

Everything is pretty simple in the store dog food an toys on 1 side an cat food toys on the other side . If you can't find something. The employees are very helpful

Excellent service the cashier Nikki was so sweet and helpful. She always has a smile and friendly. The shelves were stock and the store was clean and safe. The grooming department is the BEST especially Ms Lily she takes care of my little kid's, Casper and Tinkerbell. Everyone at the grooming is a sweetheart so helpful and caring for my little ones. Your store out East is the BEST. I would give you 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They did an amazing job. My dog is a rescue. She had been used as a breed dog. She didn't even know how to go to the bathroom outside of a cage. She doesn't know what affection is. She's starting to feel more at ease. I was afraid how she would react to being groomed. I explained this to the groomers and they were very gentle with her.

There's a blonde haired there cashier and she is always so nice and so courteous and I appreciate that when I'm checking out. Be great if I had a name she has glasses

By far anything that you can think of for your pet . & What they don't have in the store . Bet you can get online . Everyone that I have met so far each time that I go in are animal lovers . And what one staff member might lack in knowledge in one pet area is that they have another staff member that is stronger in that area . Thank you Pet Smart Staff

They always have what I need in stock (only 1 time was the dry food out of stock, thanks covid!) and the pet perks discounts help with rising costs.
Everyone is always friendly and helpful when I need assistance, and a couple of the associates even know me by name.

Tag works kiosks are the best. I love that the tag comes with a little protector to keep the words from rubbing off. My one dog has had his for 8 years and it's still good so of course we got one for our new dog and cat. Only wish the cats tag could have fully fit our address but we just abbreviated.

I always enjoy going to this location. At this point I wouldn't be shocked if some of the workers are use to my face and expect me to pet all the strangers pets and talk to all the animals 😅

My only thing is sometimes they change what rabbit food they have with no warning which kinda sucks because you can't just change a bunnies food unexpectedly. And they change their small pet litter and it'll catch you off guard if you got use to a brand.

Otherwise they are pretty great.

Great place to take you pet and treat them with something cool

I went to the store specifically to buy a Blue Buffalo cat food product. PetSmart carries the brand, but not all of the recommended "mature" cat flavours. They are the closest vendor to our home. So, I got what I came for, checking out was quick and easy. PetSmart carries a wide array of products for dogs,cats, birds, fish and other critters. Prices are reasonable. Service has always been really good. Hey, the have sales people who care and show up for work!!! Big plus right there.

Everything was very easy to find. I was even able to network in their store! I met a family that has Husky puppies for sale! It was wonderful, because I don't have to venture out to see the animals now! 😜

They have many great products for your fur baby, and the store is clean. The people are helpful.
