This pizza is on fire! Exactly what I dream of what I think of good pizza. When I first rolled up to the trailer and saw a large group waiting out front, I was worried it would take a while to get anything made - but the guys making pies turned out my pizza and wings in around 10 minutes. My detailed pizza analysis:
Crust: 5/5 - Perfect dough with awesome flavor, just the right amount of crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Sauce: 5/5 - Outstanding tomato flavor from their house made sauce.
Toppings: 4/5 - Pepperoni, ham, and cheese were all fresh and tasted great. The only minor criticism I have is that the bacon was mostly fat/skin pieces.
Preparation: 5/5 - Cooked perfectly, just the right amount of toppings, and completed in an impressive amount of time.
The wings weren't as good as I hoped, but I'm used to eating fried wings and it's difficult to match that texture when baking them. They did have nice smoke flavor from the oven and the BBQ sauce was most excellent. These guys definitely know how to make quality sauces!
I've looked up other Cascadia locations and added them to my visit list, I will seek out their fantastic pies again.

Excellent and friendly customer service didn't catch the names of the two working but the had a great energy about them, got the Cascadia Margherita which was delicious hot and served very quickly. Great place to stop by when perusing central North Bend, will return for more.

Very friendly people! The fellow who helped me was only a few minutes from closing and took my order anyway. He didn’t have to do that but I’m very thankful! I worked a long day and needed some food. Cascadia north bend, always is good with quick service and friendly employees. I’m so glad you are here in north bend!

Pizzas amazing. Wings amazing. Service amazing. Timing amazing. Overall awesome! And the food truck provides a cool aesthetic! Liam and Jersey made my night!

WOW! I didn't think Neapolitan pizza could come from a food truck, but the team at Cascadia truly delivers like no other in the North Bend area. Diverse menu, fast service, fresh pizza, and even dessert options?! An awesome food option for nearby breweries

Super friendly crew, fast service, and amazing pizza. I asked which of the garlic-based pizzas they recommended, and they immediately said the Wenatchee, and they did not steer me wrong. Easily one of my favorite pizzas, possibly in the top ten. Definitely recommend stopping here if you're nearby.

Food was delicious! Good location. Jersey was extremely nice and helped me decide on which pizza to try. She made my first experience with Cascadia the best!

Fast, kind and delicious pizzas and bread sticks! Highly recommend making the stop if your hungry and passing by! Parking is tights, stay on the street.

Visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this place. The employees are very friendly and helpful. We got the Lolo and it is very good. For sure check them out if in the area. So good not to mention they are really fast!

Best pizza I’ve had since leaving the east coast 15 years ago

These are literally my favorite pizzas of all time. They are amazing quality and truly taste the best of any I’ve ever had!!! LOVE this place!!!

Tasty pizza, conveniently located in downtown North Bend make this place great. But the kind, friendly, and fast service make it outstanding!

You can also sit down and eat your pizza with a nice beer in a family and dog friendly atmosphere just a few feet away at Volition brewery. Great combination!

Best pizza around! Food truck doesn’t have any seating, just take away but Volition Brewing is right next door.

The guys at the North Bend location are friendly and the food comes out fast. Their wings are the best we’ve had hands down! It’s the wood fire and smoky goodness that makes them so great. Don’t skip the apple pie, their version serves as a pizza is unique and delicious, I had leftovers for breakfast with coffee!!!
