Jersey Mike's Subs

I want to preface that it was packed when I arrived for my online pickup order, and the crew was dealing with some rude customers. Overall, staff is super nice.

Ordered an online pickup for 5PM. Finally got my order at 5:30PM. Wife ordered a California Chicken Cheesteak in a wrap with Portabella mushrooms added. After waiting for a long time we were stoked to dig in. They forgot all of the toppings on her wrap other than chicken and portabella mushrooms. Super disappointing, but again they were dealing with 20 online orders on top of big groups coming in to order. Will give it another try on a less busy day.

Update: Jersey Mikes took ownership of the situation and made things right. I have since had a couple subs from them and it was nothing but quick and delicious!

It was my first time at jersey mikes and i was blown away that they cut the meat and cheese to order! The workers were incredible kind and the sandwiches were packed w meat. So tasty!

We always stop here when in North Bend & we love it. The line is always long. We have started doing online orders through the app. It helps a lot! Food is fresh, service is good.

Thanks crew! Every time I come here everyone is very nice and always works hard no matter how busy they are! Today was no exception and when I got to the register to pay their computers went down and I got my giant sandwich for free. I appreciate it! Keep up the good work.

The staff was very professional and accommodating, the food was delicious, overall satisfied with our visit.

I come in often for lunch as I work down the street. They’re always extremely friendly and helpful. Great and quick food. Highly recommend.

Consistently good subs. The ONLY reason I'm marking them down on service is because the North Bend store doesn't allow you to mobile order kids meals like the other stores do. They have these items on their menu in store, but not on the app. It's dumb.

Standard Jersey Mike's with entrances on both sides of the building. Decent amount of parking. We ordered 5 sandwiches to-go, and their efficient assembly line had us out of there in no time. Had we decided to dine-in, we would have had dozens of tables to choose from.

The sandwich sizes are huge, even for a regular size. The staff here were very friendly and fast. Jersey Mike's, always good, great juice.

Definitely a step up from subway. We had a few subs, meatball and cheese, Philly Cheese steak, and a chicken sub. All good.

Jersey Mikes is always great! Seriously, if you haven't teied their sandwiches its a must. This location is fast, friendly about 70% of the time. I would rate it 4 because of the sometimes unfriendly staff, but it really is just one annoyed person and everyone else is friendly, helpful, fast, and the food is amazing- so 5 stars it remains 😊

Jersey Mike's is hands down the best sandwich chain. They slice the meat as they make the sandwich. All of the locations I've been to the staff is friendly

Great sandwiches! The folks who work here do a great job. Mike's Way (adding oil and vinegar to the sandwich) is the best. Plus they carry tastykakes!

First time to visit. They were busy but, the wait was worth it. Parking was a little tight. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Restaurant is always clean, staffs are helpful! I love my warm pastrami sub, a lot of meat and sour cabbages. So good!

I had the SOB it was so good and the bread was soft great all the cheese on it it was all heated melted that I tell you what it was sure good to eat and there are no photos to add cuz I ate it all.
