Our first visit to the bike park. Bike shop personnel were extremely pleasant and helpful. Chair lift support, both top and bottom crews, were amazing, particularly on this rainy day. Lower trails were a bit “nuttier” than videos show, but the rocky bits were doable. We enjoyed a delicious post-ride lunch at Base Camp, also very pleasant staff. COVID-19 guidelines were supported at every aspect of our day. Well done to all.

Just rode there yesterday. The Crunchy trail was just resurfaced and is the best trail at the park. The peanut trail is a great trail at the bottom of the mountain for beginners. The creamy trail is nice at the top of the mountain but as you go down gets practically unrideable. Tread carefully as there are loose rocks all over the lips of the jumps and the landings are like rock gardens.

The staff is amazing. The mountain bike patrol are a great group of guys who know the park well and will give trail recommendations.

I did not feel like the lifts were as slow as I read. You share lifts with the site seers who are mostly a much older, slower bunch and the lifts slow down for them so they don’t fall. On the lift you will see deer, ground hogs, fox and other wildlife.

What I also like is food and drink at the resort are very reasonably priced. I didn’t feel like they were price gouging or anything was overpriced.

This is my second time here. The staff is top shelf ! We rented bikes and rode the lower half this time as upper is still under construction.... Will be back again for sure..

Mass has the right idea. The “expert” trails, in reality, are more like medium trails. Don’t come here looking for that gnarly terrain. Still a good time but extra rocky and not groomed very well. The “jump” trail is a fun little trail but again the lips and the jumps are not maintained. The people though are pleasant and very helpful. Another point of contention are the lifts. Probably the slowest lift in the world and also the most awkward to load a bike. Most parks have the horizontal lifts for the bikes which are much easier to load a bike onto. Don’t waste your time on the medium trails just get all the way to the top because it will take most of the time, riding the lift up.

A few good trails, but the trails at the top are in pretty bad shape. If you watch an old video of Creamy, it looks beautifully maintained. It is a rocky eroded shell of its former self. The lifts are also extremely slow. It took almost an hour to get from the very bottom to the top (two lifts). This is partially due to the high number of lift riders going up and down to sightsee at the top. I think it is also due to poor logistics and lift speed. I was able to ride my bike up to the end of the first lift faster than I could ride. I could have ridden the trails twice before the lift came up once. My other ding against this bike park is the cost for what you get. I don’t think this is a good value.

I will end this review with something positive. The staff in the bike shop, restaurant, and lifts were all very nice and helpful. Although it would have been nice to have better trails at the top of the mountain, the trails just off the first lift (Peanut, Pistachio, and Nutten Butter) were fun. Those trails can be fun for experienced riders and are also suitable for newer and younger ones.

They still need to work on the trails. The Western slope is a better place. Still fun.
