We purchased GE slate kitchen bundles from ABC chesterfield October, 2021.
Neelu the sales person who was very attentive and helped me to make every transactions smoothly.
We were very impressed with on time delivery service and very knowledgeable and helpful installer’s (Eric) service.
The store manager called me regarding my concerns on refrigerator and tried to resolve the issue. That mean a lot to me that ABC cares their customers. Thank you to all.

Bought a refrigerator here a few weeks ago. The salesperson/ manager, Dylan, was fantastic. Easy to deal with, honest, fair. In fact, we had a refrigerator delivered, and we did not care for the color. He went out of his way to exchange it for another color. Fantastic customer service. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Matt at this store was incredibly helpful - I knew which dishwasher I wanted but it was not going to be in for our cabinet installation time. He had another that was similar, and had in from the warehouse the very next day! I went to pick it up and everything went very smoothly. The gentlemen that loaded this into my truck was also more than kind. I would highly recommend Matt, and ABC Warehouse.

The Staff and Store Manager Glenn took such good care of us and looked after all of our needs. The quality of the merchandise they sell is second to none. Glenn followed through on all of our requests and it was pleasurable experience. They treat their customers like family.

Neelu vohra (Nancy)was very nice and outgoing stop by if you need anything.

These guys are great! They weren’t able to deliver us the dishwasher we ordered, so they significantly upgraded our order. WITH NO EXTRA COST!

Anne Bachelor was our salesperson and she was wonderful. She was very easy to work with. We highly recommend this store.

Needed a stove fast. Lots of models on display to choose from unlike the big box stores due to supply chain issues. Excellent salesperson Neelu helped us choose the appropriate one, got us signed up for a quick delivery. Next day had to make a color change and she worked it through for us with no hassle. Best experience ever purchasing a major appliance.

Robert was wonderful ! He listened with great intent, to see what our needs were. After looking at several washers and dryers we had questions about a few. He had all the knowledge to answer them with great knowledge of each different manufacturer! We ended up feeling very satisfied. We will not have our washer and dryer until Tuesday. I am sure that it's going to be wonderful

The woman who helped me, neelu, or they call her Nancy, got me a wonderful discount on my new refrigerator. Also, the delivery was scheduled for next week and she just called and said she was able to get us in for delivery tomorrow! Excellent customer service!

Nancy was amazing, we knew what we wanted when we called the store & talked to Nancy. She told to come in and she could get the job done. She was Not wrong, we got everything we wanted & more with a great price!!

Kelsey the small appliance manager assisted me with a phone call First promptly look up my information to see if I had a warranty on my item that I have purchased confirm that I had a warranty pulled one of the products for me immediately so I would have it instead of be ready within 5 to 10 minutes. She is phenomenal super nice very customer-oriented if you have an opportunity to be graced with her presence I suggest you come in and ask for her specifically and small appliances she will make you experience the best one possible abcwarehouse. And to clarify I did get my new speaker system with no hassles do to her diligence and again excellent customer service.

My experience was wonderful! I appreciated the excellent salesperson, Neelu! Not only was she very knowledgeable at what she does...but, also very caring .... and, worked out a great price for me!! Neelu, explained every detail of the LG washer, the final total and what to expect upon the delivery. I would highly recommend her and ABC!!

My wife and I were shopping for all new kitchen appliances. We entered the store greeted with friendly smiles. Neelu took care of us and showed us everything we wanted to see. She found us a package that we were happy with. Come delivery day, the fridge was too big but I went up to the store and Neelu took care of the situation right away. We have all the appliances and got them delivered and installed in two days. Highly recommend the ABC Warehouse Chesterfield location. Nice work crew.

My husband and I went in to purchase a washer and dryer. This was not something we were looking forward to because it wasn’t like we planned on buying at the time (our washer motor went). We were helped by Robert and he was fantastic! He allowed us to take our time and make our own choice. He was extremely helpful and not at all pushy! Thank you Robert for your superb customer service! Please do yourself a favor and ask for him!

Yesterday, 06/22/2021, I ordered a TV online and went to pick it up that evening. I arrived at the store at 7:10 pm not realizing that the store closed at 7:00. I spoke to an employee who was leaving after locking the front door and I told him that I came from a long way away to pick up my item. He went back in the store and brought out the manager, a gentleman named Glen, who was very kind and helpful. Glen went back inside, found my TV in the back room, and brought me into the store to pay for it. Glen and his staff demonstrated excellent customer service and went above and beyond for me even staying late after their shifts ended. All in all a great experience from Glen and the crew at ABC Warehouse in Chesterfield, MI.

ABC delivery as promised, I was able to pick up my new appliances the next day. I had previous ordered a washer & dryer from a big chain store, and after numerous delays from the delivery company I had enough and canceled my order. Neelu was very helpful, and called the next day letting me know they had both washer & dryer there at the store. When it’s time to replace my other appliances I’ll definitely check ABC WAREHOUSE first.

Excellent repair in replacing damaged door handles, one door and freezer door. Regional Manager Al went above and beyond to ensure successful outcome. I highly recommend this company. 10 stars!!!

Jacob greeted me and my husband at the door with a warm welcome. There was no pressure on us. He told us to take our time, look around and he will check with us in a little while. As we looked around we had several questions about appliances and TVs. Jacob was very knowledgeable and friendly. when we finally decided what we wanted to buy and went to get Jacob, he made the sale go smoothly. He gave us discounts on our products and the warranties. His claim was he wanted to treat us right so we would come back for future purchases. Also one of the items that we purchased malfunctioned the second day that we had it in our home and Rick the manager had us bring the item back and he swapped it out with no problems at all. All-around we had great service from friendly employees that want to keep their customers happy and coming back for future purchases. ABC Appliance Is my new go to store!
