Needed routine vehicle service work. From service tech to cashier was extremely courteous. The service was prompt and completed in a timely manner. It was a pleasure dealing with King Chevrolet n I will continue using your dealership for all my veh. needs.

Justin the service manager was awesome! Answered all of my questions and guided me through a complicated car issue. The young ladies also in the parts department were amazing! Everyone at this friendly dealership are on top of their game. You won’t go wrong with KING!

Props to her because it was a Friday evening & she stayed late after work to make sure we were good & satisfied!! On top of that, Mr.Kevin was absolutely amazing as well. He even did some extra researching once we left & when we went in the next day to finalize everything he had got us an even better deal!!!

My Tahoe had an unfortunate transmission issue right along the King Chevrolet exit. Best luck I’ve had! Justin and his staff were kind, competent and had me fixed up within days. Highly recommend!

Per usual they did me right and found the most cost efficient way of fixing my vehicle. Highly recommend. The guys in Lagrange are always backed up have your vehicle for days and they just don't have the exceptional hospitality that King Chevrolet provides.

The service and parts front desk people were really cool and polite. They were able to fit me in for a diagnostic and were able to have the parts ready same day. They fixed my car later that day too and even with me coming in last second to grab it they were very friendly and understanding about it. I was satisfied with my experience

I love going to the dealership for my services. Yes it's slightly more, but I know the service department checks everything with the utmost care that the 2-3dollars extra is more than worth it. And every time I expect it to be cost more than it does. The peace of mind I get knowing I'm cared for like family... well, better than family!

I love the people and service. I pulled in to have something checked and was able to have my problem fixed and got an oil change with tire rotation with minimal wait. I will be bringing all my vehicles to King Ford in Valley!!!

I meant yo get my oil changed prior to my 1,000 mile trip and got busy and didn't have time. I called King and they said they'd work me in.i got there about 1030 and they called about 1130 and said it was done.

I really appreciate yhe quick turn around. Especially during Thanksgiving week.

Great, left my HD truck with them for my first service because I didn’t have an appointment. They called me in about 2 hrs ready to go.

They provided my first service, since they are close and somewhat economically competitive, I choose to use them as when I get ready to trade it in, 😄 they'll have my meticulous maintenance records. Sometimes they can take me immediately and sometimes I need to make an appointment but King Chevrolet is exceptional with keeping my 2023 Equinox maintained.

In the service area, Katrina and Justin were just great. They were very patient when I had to re-schedule the appointment twice! Justin explained the car situation clearly to me and I felt the technician did a very good job in accessing and figuring out the issue while providing a price conscious solution. The ladies at check out were friendly and cordial.

I bought a beautiful 2023 Trailblazer from King's. I could not have had a better experience. We test drove it at 6:30 pm. Decided to buy it. TJ was a no pressure sales associate and got the job done! I've been here several times for warranty work and schedule maintenance and I've found the King Ford service department to be easy to work with, reliable and a reasonable spend for automotive work. So far, they have met every promise they have made! I can't ask for more!
