I would like Thank Brianna at the River Apartments. She was awesome helping me every step with getting our lease. She is very knowledgeable and treats you like a valued customer. So if you are looking for apartments, go see Brianna . You will not be disappointed.

First and foremost let me just say that from the time I entered the premises until the moment I left I was welcomed with courteous and professional service with a smile. Briana was extremely helpful with my application process which made for a smooth transaction. She was very personable and provided me with different options to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I will definitely refer the River Apartments to anyone looking for a nice, clean, quiet area to live.

I have lived here for a year and I have no complaints with our ladies in front office (Jeni and Brianna). Very nice and responsive women. Our maintenance men are very nice as well. Maintenance requests will not stay open long at all here. Will recommend to anyone.

Quick access to I85 if you ever have to travel towards Alabama or Georgia.

We just moved our daughter and her friend into The River and we could not feel better about the experience. The staff was amazing, and Brianna was simply amazing!! She worked so well with us and never got short with “the Mama Bear” and helped make it all work out perfectly!! We feel very blessed to find such a great place!! It’s adorable!!!

I absolutely love living at The River. The office staff and maintenance staff are top notch and always go above and beyond to help me with any issue I have. The grounds are always well maintained and it’s a family friendly environment at all times!

Where to even begin, first let me say I am a single mom and I look for several things when I am leasing a home so you can say I am pretty picky.... as you should be but anyways.. I walk in and I am greeted by such kind office staff. They offered us snacks and drinks to make us feel more comfortable and when we moved in it was such a smooth transition.. everything was move in ready for us and handled professionally. When I say the unit was clean, it was SPARKLING. I was so happy to move into a place I didn't have to scrub myself ( moms tend to do that lol) the day of move-in which can be a headache.
That next morning I noticed my stove handle was loose, ( YOU GUYS!!) maintenance was there the next morning once I put in the work order on my tenant app which is sooooo convenient. I love things that make my life easier lol. Anyways... I could go on and on about how much we love it, pool is nice and family friendly, it's quiet -so no parties disrupt her sleep, everyone we have met is kind especially over at the gym and they have so many events and activities for residents and their families to participate in... I just love this place, I feel like family here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND :)

If you are looking for a great place to stay then check out the River Apt Homes. ALL of there staff is exceptional. Whenever I had an issue, there office staff and maintenance team was quick to get it taken care of. If you are looking for a great family friendly community then the River apts is the place to make home.

Honestly, a great place to live. Staff do everything they can to help with the move in process. It has been a wonderful experience being a resident.

The River Apartments is a moderately-sized apartment complex. Anne and Jeni in the office are wonderful and very easy to work with. The apartments are well designed and have nice touches, like built-in microwave and ice-maker in the fridge. The neighborhood is quiet, well maintained, and very clean. Maintenance requests are resolved quickly. We are situated near but not on I-85 which makes travel easy. All in all, a wonderful place to live.

The River is by far the best place we have ever rented! The staff is phenomenal and the apartments are perfect. When we decided to move back to Alabama, The River was the 2nd or 3rd place we looked and I knew as soon as we did the tour that we had found our place! The leasing process was simple and the office staff kept in touch with us throughout the entire process. After move in, if we have had any issues they have been addressed and resolved quickly! Would highly recommend The River to anyone looking for nice affordable housing!

I love the River so far☺ Brianna helped me tremendously throughout my move in process! She is the one to go to for anything.
