We didn't just purchase rings for our wedding at this Fred Meyer Jewelers; we were given the gift of respect and joy from Rachael (the team member that helped us). We went in just expecting to purchase a set of simple wedding bands but ended up with pieces that celebrated who we are and what our 7 years of love and commitment means. No big deal, right? That'd be true in many cases, but for us it meant so much more. As a queer couple, the level of excitement and joy, of welcoming and belonging that Rachael created means more than we can express in this little review. We felt seen, heard, and cared for. We were celebrated. And now, every single day when we look at our rings and remember our commitment to one another we will also have the joy of remembering this experience. "Thank you" seems so small a thing to say in the scope of what you've done for us, but it's what we have to give. So, Rachael, Thank you.

OMG after shopping at many stores for my dream ring- no one had what I was looking for until I went to Fred Meyer jewelers! I met Rachel and I found my dream setting! She did not get upset or flustered at all at me asking to see 30 rings- she even had 2 rare diamonds (that I was looking for) flown in from New York for me to choose from! How exciting! She was patient and sweet! No pressure. She knew I knew what I was looking for and she delivered it to me! I’m amazed!! My dream ring is getting mounted as I write this. Rachel is the best! She was just as excited to help me with my ring as I was to design it. ❤ 💍

They are always so patient and helpful here. It's always service with a smile. I don't know her name, but the lady with the Russian? accent that does the resizing for watches is a real pro!
