Great location, counter employee was very friendly, and my mobile order was completed in less time than the app said it would take.

For anyone who may be stopping by from the freeway, their parking lot looks small from the roadway, but it does have a pass through to a large parking lot/shopping complex. Plenty of parking if you are towing.

Super courteous staff. Very generous with time explaining menu and options. Allowed us to stay after meal to reschedule flight.

Oreo Shake is hands down the best shake in town. Oreo from top to bottom. Not just 1/2 full like other places I know. :)

The speed is fast, service are fine but she got everything what I need and wants, in the meanwhile her attitude just fine. Must have a bad morning. But over all is good

Always a good late night drive through experience, even on clearly tough nights. The folks working at 3-5am need a ten dollar raise.

My grilled sourdough Jack was, it was pretty darn good.

I complained about the employees not opening the shop on time, and the owner replied and then began to open 24/7 within a few days. Well goodness, that's some of the best customer service I've ever received in my life! Wow! XD

One of the best Jack in the box I have ever been to. It was extremely crowded in the Drive-Thru however the flow was excellent as the ladies at the drive up window got everyone through the line quickly I was very impressed.

I understand, some people may have unpleasant experience sometimes but I personally enjoyed eating at this location. Friendly staff smiling and serving me pretty fast. Really tasty and fresh cheeseburgers. The place is clean with nice and modern furniture. So nothing to complain about. Thanks guys.

Brian working the late night shift on 7-9-2020 has GREAT customer service! Its individuals like himself that make me write good reviews that are rare. Usually when I go to any fast food restaurants late at night the workers don't seem to be in the best mood. But, I just wanted to bring it to the companies attention that he did a WONDERFUL job. Shout out to Nicole for having the best customer service I’ve seen in years. We were backed up last week and she got us our food efficiently. She really needs a pay raise, swear she’s the only one that’s ever been that nice and polite to us in that drive thru

What are y'all talking about!!! The other night when i came at 11pm, there was a lot of people in line but it was moving fast. Me and a friend were in the car, the ladies made all of our food correctly and really quickly, everyone was nice and wonderful vibe. Food was hot, fresh, and there was no problems! THANKS FOR FEEDING MEEEEEE

Nicole has gotta be the best employee at this location, she made sure we got our food quickly and efficiently with a smile on her face despite it being late at night with a huge line of cars in the drive thru. Give this girl a raise, her customer service is outstanding!

Went through the drive through and was pleased to have received all items I paid for.

Yesterday, I went at 1 AM for a munchie meal. Delightfully! The young lady Nicole was very nice and polite to me. She was very happy and she has a positive attitude. I loved to see her smile and it made me smile too! The food came very quickly and it was hot. She made sure I had all the sauces (RANCH/AVACODO LIME) that I asked for. It was a great time to eat out because of her! Thanks 😁😁😁🌞
