IHOP

I visited on Thursday around noon. The young man managing the flow of the guests in the restaurant did an awesome job.
The entire team did well, as it was obvious they were understaffed. Great food and excellent service.

5 star rating for our host and server Gavin! He was very accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of while dining there! A great employee overall! A couple of months ago my boyfriend met him while picking up an order there for Mother’s Day, although it was very chaotic and busy Gavin did his best to assist looking for our order. I’m glad to have met him today and to be treated the same way again. He’s the perfect example of great customer service!

Excellent experience, nice and clean and roomy, fast curious service, huge menue.

During my visit it was fantastic. Having said that it always depends on who is cooking at the moment, and who is serving you. This is basically true across all restaurants, and fast food places. I enjoyed my visit at this IHOP thank you to everyone working that day.

Wanna give a specific shoutout to our server Gavin for today. Greeted us and was checking in to see if we were doing okay. Had a great attitude and great customer service!! Definitely would recommend not only this IHOP but also this server. I wasn’t able to catch his name on the way out but I felt the need to call back and express my appreciation when I got home. The food was good and the service was GREAT. Auburn IHOP, you guys have a great young man working there and there’s no doubt in my mind that I would be coming back again because of someone as selfless as him.

I came in with my husband today for a super fast lunch and was definitely not disappointed. Our host and server Tiffany was friendly, prompt, and has a beautiful smile. The food came out very quickly and she immediately brought boxes and the check as soon as she knew we were done. Next time I'm in this area I will definitely be back!

Hector was an AWESOME host/server!! He was fabulous, kind, and fast!! Food was done fast and mostly exactly as expected. The bacon was a bit too crispy, but still good.

I received fantastic food at a decent price with a rather large serving size. My experience with the service was pleasant, and it is no wonder the place is usually busy. I really do enjoy the breakfast options available, and the meal quality is really helped by the plethora of accommodations they make such as extra butter, jam, salt, etc.

I did hear that someone got their card information stolen during checkout, but this has not happened to me and I wouldn't let one bad apple spoil the bunch, recommend.

It's been a long time since we've had great service and food from a restaurant. Waitress was really on top of her game. Everything was wonderful and the manager was visible!

Austin is the coolest. Dude remembered my whole order off the top of his head and I ordered a lot. Give the man a raise.

Quick service and sensible staff. Place is clean and restrooms are maintained well. Mask is mandatory. Ample parking opposite the place in outlet mall parking lot. Walkable distance from all outlets in mall.

Stopped here for breakfast today. The restaurant was about a third full. I was seated almost immediately and my server, I believe her name is Tiffany, was attentive and awesome. The food portions were huge! I had to get a to go box. I'm not sure why the reviews were so poor here. Maybe they were not staffed properly when they visited.
Anyway, my experience was great and I would definitely visit again. Parking lot is small. However, that giant mall parking lot is technically right across the restaurant so I don't see a problem as far as parking. Also, it is technically easier to get the restaurant if you turn at the other traffic light instead of the main usually congested entrance with Shell/Red Robin.

My waitress had a difficult customer in the booth next to me that required the manager to come over three times over powdered sugar and they handled it very well and as very pleased with my food and service

We had the best time at this IHOP which I took my granddaughters to. We enjoyed our meal the waiter was great with everything once I got his attention.

The only two things I was a little disappointed in was the food one of my granddaughters ordered was a crepe with cinnamon and a glaze it was too sweet for her to eat and she love sweet things she stated way too much over drenched.

The other thing was once we got our bill never seen waiter again and had trouble getting his attention when we did for it was like we were invisible but once we got his attention he helped us out for I needed to order something for my granddaughter to eat first he brought out wrong thing which we paid for for we don't waste then he finally brought right thing out.

I guess I had a 3rd item I was disappointed in and that's what the bill ened up being with juice for 3 and 6 meals one from kids menu and it ran me over $95 dollars so won't be able to do this again. This also included the item I didn't order.

Food was good but not that much food for the money and one very disappointed granddaughters I figured once I said she couldn't eat tò sweet we needed to order something else they would take it off the check for she literally ate 2 maybe 3 small bits

Very nice friendly staff and the food was yummy 😋. The only thing disappointed me was they didn't bring a variety of tea bags.

This specific iHop location has been my families and I's go to spot for years. It is our tradition to always go here the first of every new year, and we love coming throughout the year for our whatever and just because reasons. We are a big group of 6, myself and 5 kids. And we always receive the kindest and best service ever. We never have to wait too long for a table and omg the food is always deliciously amazing! I do have some picky eaters, and if what they receive isn't quite what they thought it was going to be, we have always received a discount or the order they didn't like for free. I seriously highly recommend this location and its staff to everyone. You won't regret it.
