My car was totaled out due to a not at fault accident. Due to my circumstances of a complicated divorce, I didn’t know what I was going to do. I was not able to get my payout right now from insurance for another vehicle. State Farm gave me a rental from enterprise for about a week. Dre from Enterprise Car Sales reached out to me and asked if I would be interested in buying a car from them. I laughed at him and said I don’t think I’ll qualify, nor do I have a lot of money for a large down payment. He reassured me they could help me. Not only did he and Jade help me, they were wonderful. The process was so smooth, they had my vehicle of choice on the lot ready for a test drive. They were able to quickly qualify me with very little down. I was very pleased with the process, vehicle condition and the kindness they showed me. Definitely 5 stars for me! They helped me during a very difficult time, and I’m very grateful for that! Awesome first car buying experience. I’ve never bought a car from a dealership, this was my first time. And it was very quick. I got there at 10:05 am and within 5 minutes I was already sitting in a car taking a test drive. Before 11 am, we had everything done and the purchase was final. Customer service was outstanding. Dre and Jade were very helpful and friendly. They made sure I got what I wanted at a reasonable price and very quickly. The whole process took less than an hour. They cleaned and filled up the car before I left with it. Will definitely be going back in the future.

After a very bad customer service experience at the Plano location. Before this location pull “the name was not in the system” line . I randomly stopped by the Plano location , they were not super busy but I was greeted and asked for my name. They asked 2 questions, showed 3 cars , asked to run numbers ,and aggressively asked which one I want . Then continued to pronounced my name wrong after correcting him 3 times! I politely got my purse and walked out.

However ,I don’t hold grudges and I decided to give Enterprise Sales another chance. Everyone knows the car shopping experience can be very hectic when you are shopping alone and as a woman. They will try to rushed or you are treated as you though you are incompetent about vehicles and numbers. Not at Enterprise Corinth. Jesus and Ryan was so helpful , asked questioned and allowed me to ask 101 questions in return. I did not feel as though I was being finessed . I got the vehicle and protection I wanted. I was there for 1 hour and picked up the vehicle the next day! Thank you again guys💚

My experience with enterprise car sales was like no other car buying experience I’ve ever had! I totaled my car and got a rental from enterprise. A few days later I received a call from DeUndre offering his help in my car search. I told him what I was looking for, what my likes dislikes were and what I did for a living. 2 days later I had to time to go test drive. I show up and he has hand picked vehicles waiting for me to test drive. 1st one was a perfect match it checked every single box. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.
