Nice clean McDonald's...Food was hot and fresh. Employees were fast and friendly smiles. Clean uniforms. Lobby looked very clean as well as the restrooms which are handicap accessible. Smelled clean .. Baby changing table is also available in the restrooms. Plenty of parking in the huge lot. Semi truck friendly at this location

Stopped here for breakfast along with family while we were on a long drive. It was pretty clean and food was also quickly prepared and it was so hot too. Kids loved the pancakes. The visitors there were also so friendly and everybody was wishing us the good morning with a smile. Somehow, there were some positive vibes and we felt refreshed during our long drive by stopping there for food.

The inside is very clean and spacious.

We placed a curb side order and unfortunately they didn't have any hot latte or espresso options. The gentleman who served our food was very apologetic and willing to do anything to make it right! Definitely above and beyond what I would have expected. We were also given a single burger instead of the double we ordered.

NOT ONLY did he bring me the most beautiful, caramel infused frappe to make up for my missing hot coffee, but he also took care of the missing patty AND brought our dog her own burger patties too!

Accidents happen, but it's how you handle yourself afterwards that matters. I wish I caught his name, but longer blonde hair, beard, and a great smile! Exemplary customer service. We travel this road 3x a month and know which mcdonalds we'll be at every time ❤

One of the better locations. Does the ala carte menu where I can get 1/4lb beef patties for $2 each.
Carlyle and mascoutha don't. They want to charge you $5.29 for the entire sandwich and only give you the patty.....

This is the cleanest McDonalds I have ever visited. The staff is very friendly. Keep up the good work. Oh and the food was delicious!!

We've visited this location, both on our way to St. Louis and on the way back, on 2 different trips. I must say, this McDonald's is super clean and efficient. They've gone to a more automated route with the kiosks, which doesn't bother me too much. At least you don't have to deal with an employee that acts as if you're being an imposition.
Today, our food was hot and fresh. We ordered breakfast and coffee. The lattes were sweeter than most. But, it's McDonald's and while they're trying to do coffee drinks they're not always the best. I also consider where I'm at and don't have a high standard for McDonald's coffee.

Great on the road food. McDonald's out side of Nashville, Illinois is a popular place for lunch. Drive through had several cars. Wait was about 2 minutes, for our food.

The drive through went quickly, the breakfast food nice and warm, and when I ordered coffee with extra sugar and cream it was absolutely perfect. Both the young ladies at the order and take out windows were very cheerful. I went into the ladies room and it was clean a fresh. Nice restaurant.

I stopped at this McDonald's to get a quick shake shake as my sugar was dropping and I needed something to bump it up before a dinner in Saint Louis. Drive-through was backed up miserably so I pulled around and went inside and explain to the girls inside what I needed and they quickly made the shake and gave it to me without charging me.

Service was nice and polite. how I ordered: QTR LBS without onion then add 3 packets of ketchup. It was to expectations and quickly served. Fries were hot n' fresh. Milkshake was average quality.

Quick and food was fresh.

We just stopped to use the bathroom and get some ice cream while driving through... 16 hours into our drive, and 6 to go. While we were there the bathrooms were clean, place is updated, and my kids ran around like crazy. They offered my three kids a happy meal toy and activity! They were so kind and good to us.

Everyone was friendly and very attentive store was really clean and the other customers seemed to be enjoying themselves.

These guys are always really busy, but they stay on top of everything. The line that streches all the way around the building always moves really fast, and the mobile orders are really quick and reliable. Good job guys.

As a traveler stopped for take out. Nice appearance, good food and service. I would stop again.
