I emailed the President months ago without a response, so I’m hoping they’ll be acknowledged for their kindness with this post.
I went to the Bloomingdale, Illinois location on 11/22/2023 to find an outfit for a job interview. McKenna and Kyla were there. They were busy, but continued to ask if I was ok. I found the perfect outfit, however, the shirt was very wrinkly. While ringing me up, McKenna asked me if I needed anything else. I jokingly said an ironing service because I am terrible with the iron. I told her I was buying this outfit for a job interview. Without hesitation, she offered to steam the shirt when she was done helping other shoppers. I instantly started crying in appreciation of her sweet offer. I haven’t been on a job interview in almost 10 years. I was so nervous. Both of the ladies were very kind to me. I wanted to express my appreciation for them because it is not easy working in Retail, especially during the holidays. You have a great group of ladies working at that location and I hope you recognize them for their kindness and professionalism. I will be back in the store to buy more clothes because I GOT THE JOB!!

I am a dedicated clearance shopper and I always get the cutest things on sale. Everytime I need a bra, Amanda helps me find one even though it is NOT easy. Amanda is the best this store has and I look forward to seeing her every time.

I always love going in this store! The selection of clothing has evolved and I love it! The ladies are always ready and willing to help as soon as you walk in the door.

Not happy with the lack of options, but Amanda is literally amazing. Always excellent customer service from Amanda, and the store is always clean. Of course it’s pricey, but when you keep up with the sales they offer, it’s worth it. Just got a swimsuit for 50% off because of a sale going on right now. Called ahead of time to put it on hold and Amanda did that for me. As soon as I walked into the store and said I put a swimsuit on hold, Amanda addressed me by my name and got me a fitting room and checked me out. Even grabbed another option and size when I asked. Amanda makes this store amazing even with its small size and lack of options. It’s convenient for me and I never leave dissatisfied.

Best Torrid!!!! The ladies here are so attentive and helpful and cheerful and caring. They always greet you at the door, help you find styles and fits that work for you. It feels like I have my very own personal shopper every time I go.

The staff here is the most amazing bunch of women. They are so helpful and just wonderful to be around. I love shopping there. If your feeling down about your weight and nothing fits go visit they will help you find something you LOVE!!!

Outstanding store! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Jasmine and Angela great with people. Not only did they help with my current purchases, they have also given me ideas for future purchases. I don't know a lot about women's fashion, but with their assistance I know I will learn.

My first time really looking around at Torrid store. I like how things are easy to find and I really love the selections of styles! The young lady was very helpful in finding me things to try on! She even brought them to the room for me! I will for sure be returning!

The staff is always great here! The store is always clean and organized. The sizes I wish they had more of the higher sizes, however they can help order for you. Great store never a disappointment.

I always come to this Torrid. Everyone is always super nice and easy to help. I hadn't been there in a long time because I had a baby. Well we went back and Jessica remembered me not just my face but my name to and she got to meet my daughter that's now 7 months. Honestly I won't ever go to a different location. Thank you!

Best Torrid store! The staff is always so helpful and friendly. They even stayed late to help me find outfits for my vacation. Elvy, Jess and Joanna are the girls to see when you go!

The staff here is amazing! So helpful with any request I have. Finding pants in short sizes is hard anywhere, but the staff here always exhausts all options to make sure I get what I need!

Been going here for years, everyone who works there is always nice and chill. They're very clean (especially in the trying times of the pandemic) and personable, as well as helpful. 10/10 would recommend lmao

I use to go to Torrid all the time in Lombard, but stopped going because of the staff. I walked in the Glendale Heights location and had a great experience. The girls here are very nice and I will be going back

Great selection of clothes. They were prices fairly and the place was clean. Staffs were friendly and did helped me well. A friend recommended this place.

This is a great place to shop if you have a plus size person you're shopping for. I took my teenage daughter and I can find very nice, age appropriate items for her here.
