Elite flooring came highly recommend to us by MegaGranite in Hartselle. I spoke to Karen over the phone and we met with her on a Saturday to see her selection of Kitchen backsplash tiles. My wife Kathleen had settled on a particular one, and then changed her mind, and Karen was very helpful in meeting her again and helped her to decide on one that works great with our walls, cabinets and counter tops. The process went fast and Karen ordered and had the installers out in just a few short days. We are very pleased with the final results of the installation. See for yourself, and go see Karen!!!!

Nobody in Decatur does a better job than this team. Canina, Oakley, and the tile guys did an absolutely killer job on our Master Bathroom. They were all polite, courteous, respectful of our schedule, and our family is BLOWN AWAY with how nice everything looks. Will use them again if we need something done, and we're making sure all our family and friends do the same. If I could give them 50 stars, I would. Couldn't be any happier!

I bought flooring from a big box store which was a nightmare for me with the poor communication and unkept promises from the store and their installer. One of my friends recommended Elite flooring I went there and as soon as I walked in the store I had a sales person assigned to me who helped choose my flooring from the wide selection they had, one week later I got a call from them to tell me my material is already in and asked me when I will be ready for installation. The installation team showed up in time they were very nice and knew what they were doing. My floor looked really nice after they were finished, I'm very happy with their service and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

My wife and I recently contracted with Elite Flooring to replace our tile/carpet floor with wood and install a tile backsplash. We had visited other dealer/installers before visiting Elite.
Our first contact was with Pam who impressed us both with her knowledge of flooring options and the fact that she was able to make recommendations for us that we had not gotten elsewhere. On our second visit we met with Lynn who convinced us that she would guarantee a quality job.
Our installation crew was Jamie, lead installer, and Mike. Both were very customer oriented and a pleasure to work with. We observed Jamie to be especially meticulous in his work and took no shortcuts. The result was an excellent and well done job. The backsplash and floors are beautiful.
We could not be more pleased with the quality of work done for us and feel fortunate that we selected Elite to work in our home. We highly recommend this team of people – they will do it right.

We recently had Elite to replace the flooring in our den, kitchen, and foyer. The new floors all look great and the Elite team were very easy to work with. Their installers were very professional, meticulous and focused in their work. We will definitely use Elite for our next flooring project.
