Haass' Family Butcher Shop

I've always wanted to get real fresh meat from the butcher and this is the place to get it at plus the staff is friendly and fantastic. I absolutely love this place.
In the picture is a turkey burger blend that they make consisting of sweet onions and Jack cheese. Added on myself was the smoked turkey bacon that they sell as well.
End result....burgers were fantastic!!!!

2nd batch of pictures happened when I was out of hamburger buns and only had hotdog buns and I didn't feel like going to the store. So I went into my freezer and saw what selections Haass' Family Butcher Shop had to offer and lo and behold, some beef bacon and a roll of ground beef. Hot Dog!!! (lol) These turned out really good!!!

I have been going here for almost year now and have Never had a cut of meat I was not happy with.
This Easter was the first time I ordered my lamb from Haass and let me tell you we were Very Very pleased, it was Delicious.

Wish I could give like 11 stars. I come here twice a year to fill up my freezer. So none of the employees remember me. I’m basically some guy who shows up and drops $1k, and then you don’t see me again for 6 months. Yet every time I come, it’s the same. They run a thorough, orderly, nice, and accurate operation. This last time, there was a woman helping me and her son came in to give her flowers because I guess that’s what her kids do. On their birthday, they give their mom flowers. I mean, that’s awesome! She took the flowers, hugged her son, and then went right back to my order. I mean, it doesn’t get better than that. Oh, and obviously, the meat… my god. I’ve lived in WI, IL, NY, CO, MN, MD, IN, SD, and CA. It’s so good. Wisconsin might be a bit better, but not by much! Those butchers in the back room… man, they know what they’re doing

This is my wife's number 1 choice for meat, meat packages, and prices are really affordable. Will be back next month. Our store!

Well, it took us longer than expected, but that's because we had bought so much meat, there was no need. This time, we just needed chicken. One visit, and you'll be hooked. Haass' Choice Beef & Pork is the Best!

It was 90+ degrees. My wife went in, me and Queenie and I went for a walk. That was the spot until the wife came out. Great deals, as always.
8/09/23. Queenie stayed home for our second trip out. Got hamburger, chops, steak. The young lady helping us asked if either of us served in the military. Got a military discount. That was nice of her. Haas is a great place to shop.

The most amazing place to buy meat locally! I am not from the area so it was my first time here. The staff was very nice and family oriented. I bought 2 filets and needless to say, they were the best filets I have had in a while! Despite not having my cast iron skillet with me, the stove top worked great. Some butter basting with rosemary and garlic is all the steak needed. Will be back (:

The best kielbasa hands down!! Great smoked bacon and a friendly staff. If your traveling far to get here they offer vacuum packaging for a small fee to help keep your delicious fresh meats at their best!! Highly recommended

I walk out of Haass' twice a month with 30 pounds of everything from hamburger meat, heart, kidney, liver, chicken, pork loins & even tounge if I dare to be so adventurous. If you love meat. Good service and great choices of meat at good prices.

I order a quarter beef and a half a hog. For breakfast I made some of the scrapple it’s the best I ever had. For dinner I made deMonaco
Steaks they were so tender. I can’t wait to try some of the other cuts out. I will update this review once I do. The prices were awesome I will be a returning customer for sure! 👍👍👍👍👍

The place is clean and has hard to get items in stock. Staff are super friendly so that’s always a plus

This was my first time raising a hog I have potbellys and chickens. Amber is amazing and walked me through everything so I had a better understanding. Quality of the cuts are great! Never been one to try different scrapple besides rapa but my family loved it and no complaining from my kids. Will definitely have my business again.

Always fresh meats, and large selection of freshly frozen meats,seafood and veggies. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Have deals on meats to fill up your freezer. Don't pass this store by, it's well worth the trip.

This past Friday was my first visit to the store. I loved the employees who were very helpful during this inconvenient craziness. Even tho' I had stand & wait for about 30 minutes, I got to meet some faithful Haas's shoppers. I was able to get 3 of my favorite cut of meat, Eye of the Round roasts. Everything was clean & well labeled. I will buy all my meat here from now on. A great place!

Lovely atmosphere! I don't think the pictures do this place justice. Very amicable and polite staff. It was very clean on the inside and did not smell foul like some butcher shops do. The staff has done a marvellous job maintaining the shop.

The prices weren't bad at all. The meat was definitely cheaper than the grocery store I frequent, and they offer a wider variety of meat. The ribs looked really nice and fresh when I was there. Definitely recommended for grocery shoppers and those who love meat, or those planning to host a bbq/outdoor party.

I just moved to Felton and found this gem. I have traveled around the world several times over, and I'm here to tell you the steaks are among the best I have EVER eaten. The people who work there are so kind and helpful. I urge everyone in the area to stop by and make Haas' their "go to" meat market. I will never buy meat from Walmart or the Dover AFB commissary ever again. Thank you all for your wonderful products and customer service.

We will not buy meat anywhere else now. A special trip just to get the meat for family dinners each week is worth it. Doesn’t matter what you order- bacon, chicken, steak, sausage, beef- it’s all good!
