I go out of my way to come to this Wendy's for lunch. They have the best and most consistently fresh and hot food; whether it's slow or slammed. I see the same staff regularly so management is doing something very right by keeping these wonderful people! I love the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and every single time it's made perfect. Best Wendy's in the Twin Cities.

They never forget condiments. They are always friendly and efficient. We visit this location a lot for last minute meals when we're on-the-go and I LOVE that Wendy's still has salads (most other fast food joints don't). This drive thru is the best in the city.

Months ago I had sub-par service there, and saw other customers served poorly. I'm sure lack of personnel was an issue and I'm guessing it still us. My most recent visits have been fine to fantastic. I don't know I'd they hired more employees, got a new manager, or got rid of someone, but it is better. If you hated your visit there months ago, try it again. Much better now.

I have to start with the fact that even after 2pm, which was when I went there, the line for the drive thru was as if they were giving free food for the day?? With that being said, I had no availability to walk inside which everyone knows is quicker. I waited at least 20-25 minutes in the drive thru, and felt a little irritated, and that was before I was even up to the window to order. I had several people waiting at my residence for the food and wondered what they were thinking about the length of time it was taking. By the time I had made it to the window to pay and get my order, the friendlyness of the staff, and the accuracy of my order being correct, made up for any amount of time I had to wait. The only dissapointment was the fries are consistently cold, and has been the third time that this has happened. So it would be a great addition for them to make the fries at the same time they cook the food. It wasn't the amount of time that I believe the fries sat around, they were also past the expiration that they should have been given to anyone.

Wendy's has some of the best burgers for a fast food restaurant.

This place is actually busy for its location. I noticed they are understaffed.. the new trainees have to learn quickly so be patient! My experience here was great! I tried the spicy chicken with the guacamole it was fresh and yummmmmy! But one must understand it takes time to learn new things. Don't be a JERK

I love the power Mediterranean salad and waited in line in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes but the drive thru girl was very polite and made it worth the wait. I had my window open so I could hear her on the intercom and she was polite and spoke clearly and confirmed that the order was correct even with the crabby man ahead of me.

There is still no dine in option due to covid but at least you can go inside to order at the counter. This is the best way to handle picking up multiple mobile orders, especially if you have the free frosty card. Pre ordering in the mobile app gives you all kinds of discounts and special offers but no way to enter that you have a free frosty card. Telling them at the drive thru usually confuses them and they end up adding a card for $2 to your order. Now every member of my family has their own card.

So now to avoid confusion we each place our own orders on our phones and one of us goes inside with all the phones and all the frosty cards.

Be sure to tell them that you are not with doordash, you're just picking up multiple orders for friends or family members and let them see you've got multiple phones and multiple frosty cards.

When I used to come here not going ago, it was ok, just an average Wendy's. But recently, there have been a lot of new people brought in and a clear change in the managerial approach because the service has improved drastically and the food is always great!

hands down, I will literally go out of my way to go to this location whenever I want to get Wendy’s, my order is constantly messed up anywhere else I go. I have never had that experience at this location ever. y’all are a gem, please never change.

I always order with the app these days. Food was up quick and was prepared correctly. Cashier was friendly and efficient in getting order and beverage out.

Obviously everyone knows the food here but the employees at this location always go just a little bit extra and seem happy. I always come away with a little bit bigger smile (and not just because of my jr bacon cheeseburgers) when I leave and think it's cool I live by the nicest Wendy's around!

Best fries iv had ina wile. They taste amazing I don’t know if they were out of stock of whatever they normally use and went and got something else but it was the best ever!!

fast friendly service lots of options for side dishes including baked potatoes Frosty's would you like a milkshake chili as well as Burgers of course and chicken sandwiches. They offer for the hamburgers including the bacon burgers and small ones for kids on the kids menu the kids menu also offers fruits for a side dish instead of fries if that's desired.

Be honest with you I'm not too much into fast food but my grandson loves Wendy's so we went over there and he had a Baconator or fries and a vanilla shake these guys are not to farther on 42nd which turns into Plymouth I think if you keep going but this is the closest one to my house they've been there for years we've lived in this area for many years Wendy's is always a nice little change the food was good the customer services was great we had to wait quite a while in line but we all need to practice patience they did a great job he was satisfied and that's all that mattered

Good place, manager and crew were extremely nice, even gave me fresh food after asking! No other place does it like this. 5/5
