Very knowledgeable, michelle is the best, I never paid an unfair price, never waited more than 1 day for any part not in stocks, returning an unused/unneeded part was never a hassle. I'll go here everything, from now on. It's nice to find people who care as much as ur vehicle and ur piece of mind as u do...it's comforting...

Advance auto is one of my favorite parts store the employees are always pleasant and helpful

They had what was needed in a pinch and got one of my plow trucks back on the road.

Always my first stop when looking for parts. Depends what your buying but some prices are cheaper then other stores. The sales associates always offer assistance if you need help finding something.

The staff here has been the most friendly and helpful out of all the parts stores in the Plattsburgh area. I find myself going here out of loyalty instead of just ordering from Amazon.

The customer service was excellent and they told me about the deals going on. Which in turn got me the stuff needed for a oil change. If they didn't explain the deals then I would of not got the oil change stuff. So 5 stars for taking the time to greet and tell me about the deals that week

Staff is always very helpful both on the phone and in person . I'm there almost every other day for one thing or another. Can be busy at times but that just shows people go where they can get a good product, excellent service, and reliable and helpful tips on auto repairs. Thanks for the help, keep up the good work.

My girlfriend Cindy went there with some breaklight troublesome the store manager Gerry went over the top to help her. Absolutely amazing service and a true gentleman. This guy has our business in the future that’s sure. Hope to see more people go there and get a real good service experience. Two thumbs up

Placed an online order the other day went in to pick it up and I didn't have to wait at all I was greeted the minute I walked in they went and got my order and I was out in less then 2 mins. Great customer service from the gentlemen that waited on me that night.

They were very helpful with an order I placed on the internet. I purchased a new battery and they installed it for me, took the old one back and refunded my core charge all in about 15 mins. I will check there first in the future when an automotive need arrives.

Starting to get a little disappointed, last three visits, did not have parts in stock

Considering the fact that everyone is short on employees of these days the staff were very quick to assist me and very helpful. They had the part I needed at about half the price that I thought I was going to pay.

Customer service here is great, very helpful in finding what you need as well as giving an array of options to help you find what you need or something that'll work!

Advances auto is where I get my parts. I didn't have my receipt but I did know the day that I bought it and they helped me return it for store discount on my other part I needed to buy that day. Their was a time also I had gotten my first fix it ticket and I was upset but that worker tried everything to help me fix it that he would think of.

Found generic part on wall. But went to counter and got exact part for car. Installed and drove off knowing i would shop there again.
