Shadia was absolutely wonderful. She was very attentive to my needs, answered all my questions and was extremely prompt every time I contacted her. She was beyond helpful and so sweet. Never have I experienced such great customer service as with talking to her. It makes me want to call her if I’m just having a bad day in general. It was just the easiest experience. Thank you Shadia for making this so easy and pleasant.

I called in a panic and spoke with Linda. We were moving my daughter out of her dorm and didn't have enough room in our vehicle for everything. It was very last minute but Linda, kindly and graciously rented us a unit. Against Linda's kind warning, we took our belongings to the unit after everyone had gone for the day. We weren't able to get in, exactly what Linda had feared. She called first thing this morning and took care of everything. She is very kind and professional and made the whole experience very pleasurable.

Shadia was very helpful in the rental process. She walked me through the agreement, and helped me pick out the combination lock for the unit. Unit is very clean and a nice size space (10x20).
