We were smacked in the face with the smell of fresh fruit as soon as we opened the door to this little gem of a business. I ordered the Original Bowl and was very impressed by the portion size. It was packed with flavor and nutrition. The owner and his employee were friendly and exuded pride in their work. We will be back for sure.

They were So polite an very good with service my son didn’t like how bitter a drink came out an they tried everything possible to sweeten it but he still did like it that they made him a new smoothie strawberry banana an they allowed us to tree different butters an make our bowls accommodating to our needs . What a great place! Very happy to have such a health-forward option on main street that's actually healthy. Tried the original bowl - it was super fresh, no added sweeteners, bursting with flavor. Price is right. Even the almond butter is made in house. Recommend!

We first tried Health Check at a Food Truck fest at South Hills Park. We got the Passion Crush açai bowl and loved it. It was hot that day and that was a perfect treat to cool down. We went today to get it again and it was perfect for this also hot day. Delicious and Fresh. I highly recommend. I like them more than the other place in Lebanon because they are made fresh, and have a sorbet consistency versus frozen. Don't wait any longer. Go jump in and get some.

I love this place! The food is always fresh, and juice is freshly made everyday. An added bonus is the business is veteran owned so he gives military discount. I’ve always had a more than pleasant experience here. 10/10 would recommend

I highly recommend Health Check! My friend and I went today and were greeted with friendly and welcoming staff. The juice and food was super fresh, and we were given free apple cider vinegar/ginger shots as well. If you're looking for a great place to get delicious food, go to Health Check!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Health Check Juice Bar, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The owner's warm and sociable nature created a welcoming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease.

As I enjoyed my visit, I couldn't help but groove along to the fantastic R&B jams playing in the background. It added a wonderful rhythm to the overall experience.

Now, let's talk about the food. I ordered 2 cold pressed juices, the passion fruit smoothie bowl, and the Dutchman Cobb salad. Each dish was a burst of freshness and flavor. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and you could tell that they take great care in sourcing top-quality produce.

The passion fruit smoothie bowl was a delightful treat, and the Dutchman Cobb salad was a perfect blend of flavors and textures.

My 2 year old and I stopped in randomly and bought one of each of about 8 flavors of juice blends. They were all AMAZING, and my kid drank every single one. The staff were so kind to us and we hope to stop by again soon!

We have been able to experience the amazing hospitality and delicious offerings at the Health Check Juice Bar both times we visited Annville, and are so glad we did!! Both times we lost track of time while enjoying the charming little town and showed up at the door when just closing, and both times Ray was kind enough to allow us to come in and serve us without feeling pressured. We were so grateful because his juice bar is so cool, he's so friendly and kind, and everything we got was just perfect. Can't wait to go back!!

I was not in the mood to clean my juicer today so stopped in to this juice bar. I felt a little suspicious when they offered me a plastic bottle of juice; I expected freshly made juice. Jay explained that they make the juice everyday and bottle it, so it IS fresh juice. I was hesitant but the first sip eased any worry I had. They juice is FRESH and absolutely delicious. I’m hooked. I will be back again and again. Gray was making another batch of the juice while I was being served. The orange blossom was divine.

This place is a true gem! VERY cool ambience, owner was knowledgable and very inviting! The juice was just as phenom and ginger was really crisp and fresh Im am officially a regular as of today amazing AMAZING place and will recommend!

First purchase at this location. I ordered a build your own Açaí Bowl, first off so many options. The owner gave me a full run down of all the variations. The portion was the largest I have ever gotten of a açaí bowl price was amazing. The playlist of music was great. Everything was made fresh and tasted delicious. Highly recommend

Wow! My husband, son, and I were passing through and stopped in here for lunch. What an amazing experience! Even though there wasn't a "kids menu" the owner was more than willing to alter his price and make my son a "half sandwich" which was made from real cashew butter they make in shop and the jelly was from real berries blended and made in shop. My husband and I had salads with Chipotle dressing they make which was delicious. I really enjoyed my banna and almond butter smoothie! The owner was so patient and kind to my many questions and hesitations due to my current food restrictions. We ate at the tables out front and the owner even brought us some mint water when we were done eating So! So grateful for the great lunch! Thanks! We'll stop in again if in the area!

Health check juice bar is the best. Their service was excellent I'm from NYC I went to visit PA friend of mine took me there somehow they make everything taste better I enjoyed every single thing I ordered the staff was great, but they said you can't pls everybody I am one the one that was well pls. Keep up the good work.

This place is incredible. The owners are so nice and friendly. They gave us extra complintry drinks. The food was so incredible. The place was clean and the food was so fresh. Do yourself a favor and hit this place up.

We had the Almost Hawaii and Paradise smoothies. They were a great addition to our morning meal! The service was great and our online ordering went smoothly. The only thing I noticed later is that the build your options online were a little confusing and I am not quite sure how I would order one via the website. Overall, I highly recommend trying this wonderful little juice bar

This place is a hidden gem! Two doors down from The Allen Theater, in a white building (don’t let the outside fool you). The staff is friendly and accommodating. They gladly checked each step of the way as one of us has a peanut a tree nut allergy, with each order as we went. They have a separate blender for those with nut allergies. It’s a small space but they have everything well laid out. It’s a grab and go, which I love. They were all very helpful. The food is all fresh blended and freshly made. There are so many options and additions-I am thrilled to have such an awesome spot close by to not only downtown, but also the local college and walking trails. Don’t miss this place!
