April was so kind and knowledgeable! She spent hours to help me get my daughter’s new watch set up and helped with my upgrade on my new iPhone. She made a difficult process as smooth as possible.

Kyle @ Palmyra Verizon spent almost 3 hours setting up my new phone. He couldn't have been nicer or more patient. Tyler also filled in @ times when Kyle was busy with other customers.

Dealing with Verizon over the phone was a nightmare. The rep in the store, Kyle helped me better than customer service could. He got me up all set up with our new phones and made it easy. Thanks.

Scott was a GEM to work with! I was so nervous switching to Verizon after 10+ years with AT&T. My bill was cut down significantly every month and my phone transfer was flawless and I lost nothing!
