S&T Southern Smokehouse BBQ and Delights

Stopped here as a result of poor service and wait times at a nearby restaurant. So glad the other place was so bad! Greeted by a really nice gentleman who explained the menu and my options. I ordered the Brisket Sandwich with pasta salad and a soda. Upon delivery by another pleasant young man, I immediately observed the beautiful smoke ring on the brisket. Served warm on a brioche bun; it was delicious! Fairly lean with great smoky flavor. The pasta salad was also delicious. Plenty of parking with easy in and out. I have marked this on my map as a favorite and will be back soon!

If you're patient, it is well worth the wait. The wings, brisket, and pulled pork were smoked perfectly.

Good folks cooking usually means good food. Glad to have them in the area.

Absolutely fantastic food! I have never had ribs this tasty and lean; the sauce is the perfect blend of sweet, salty, and smoke. The pulled chicken is moist tender and nicely spiced.
The potato salad, mac and cheese, and green beans are delicious. I love the addition of nutmeg to the mac and cheese. Don't miss out on the corn bread muffins! I could eat a dozen.
Wish I lived closer!

Fantastic BBQ! The meat is cooked perfectly, smoked and seasoned well. Nice and tender. Great BBQ sauce also. The side dishes are also great. Real southern BBQ taste and style. Better than BBQ restaurants in NY. Real food on that truck. Warm and welcoming service. Very recommended. Try it, you won’t regret it! You’ll become a regular customer.

Best southern food I have had in Long Island.
The meat is slow cooked to perfection and seasoned to perfection. The side dishes are equally as tasty. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely return.

I moved to NY 11 years ago. I have had an incredibly difficult time finding good barbecue here. S&T is from the South or has family from the South. In other words, they know barbecue. They are nice and are happy to converse. They operate out of a food trailer, so don't be confused when looking for a restaurant. The barbecue is dry, meaning it has little sauce. The way barbecue is supposed to be. I had the brisket, pulled pork, and sausage. I had the potato salad and collards, too.

You'll be hard pressed to find better barbecue in NY.

Food was delicious as always! This team is awesome and deserves to be praised! Meats are tender... Sauce is tangy and flavorful and the Mac n cheese is to die for!!!! The deserts too are amazing!!!! You haven't had bbq till you've had S&T... Periodt 😊

My husband and I was looking for restaurants that were open during the quarantine when can order and pick up food from. We did a google search and found S & T Barbeque. We called to see if they were open but they were close but told us they’ll be open in June. So here we are in June we came all the way from East New York, Brooklyn for some good barbeque and we got just that and then some. The mac n’ cheese was beyond delicious. The ribs were so tender and flavorful. I can’t stop drooling about the brisket. If I can convince me husband to drive back today, we will 🙏🏽

Their brisket tastes absolutely amazing as well as the mac and cheese, the baked beans too and somehow it all goes together!

I found this delightful food truck on sunrise near Freeport high school. In Baldwin. I ordered smoke chicken ribs with Mac and yams. The food was better than most bbq places. The sauces for ribs amazing. I decided to order a full smoke Turkey for thanksgiving. This bird was delicious and was better than a fried turkey I served as well to my guest. Keep doing what ya do. great Southern Bbq.

Food was AMAZING. I spent the last 10 years living in Houston, Texas and just moved to the NYC area. Was nervous about trying BBQ outside of the south, but glad I took a risk with S&T. I ordered a 3- meat combo. Brisket was moist & flavorful, pulled pork was well-seasoned, not drenched in BBQ sauce. The Ribs & sauce were perfect. Collard greens tasted like they had a vinegar base which is my favorite way to eat them 🙌🏾

I just ordered some bbq brisket and mac n cheese with the intent of sharing when I got home. It didn't make it food was so.good I wished my daddy who.passed away in 2018 was here to have some. R.I.P Herbie😉😉😅🎯🔥🔥

Amazing BBQ...better then any BBQ restaurant. The meats are outrageous. If you try it, you will be back.
