Austin was an outstanding tour guide. We had a group visit, each of us was from out of town, out of state, or out of country, but everyone enjoyed it. The history and visit inspired me, a native Michigander, to a new found appreciation for Bell’s beer. The information Austin provided was fun and interesting through and through. He size and scale of the operation is unlike anything you typically see at other places. It was quite impressive. We all would recommend the visit to anyone interested in beer, Michigan history, or just general manufacturing.

This is one of my favorite brewery tours to date! Jeff was our tour guide and my boyfriend and I were the only two people on the tour so he took us down to the hop fields, which we loved. He was really great about answering our questions and giving us a relaxed and casual tour. Loved the beer samples too! Highly recommend this awesome and free tour!

I had the opportunity to take a guided tour of the brewery. It was a wonderful experience. Our tour guides demonstrate d excellent knowledge of the brewing process as well as the history of Bell's. Their enthusiasm was infectious and appropriately energetic; the vibe from all the employees seemed very positive. I am a manufacturing process and technology nerd, so I was fascinated by the processes and machinery in action. Would have loved more time to ask questions but they may have been overly detailed to satisfy my curiosity.

Bottom line:. It was awesome and I highly recommend a visit.

Most breweries do the same tour as everyone else: talk through the brewing process and show where each part takes place in their facility. While Bell’s still covers these topics they go far beyond just the brewing and packaging process. Depending on the tour, they’ll talk about the history of their beers, their stories, and if you’re lucky you’ll see their hop storage, canning and kegging lines, and maybe even get to do hop sensory by rubbing hops in your hands. Best of all you get some free beer along the way.
Unless you work here, the only other reason you’ll be here is for a tour. Highly recommend if you’re in Kalamazoo! Word to the wise, Ubers/cabs are pretty sparse and far away generally the later in the day it gets. Plan accordingly.

What a blast! Our awesome tour guide Ray had the right attitude and was soooo knowledgeable about the history of Bells and the brewing process. It was an awesome experience start to finish, including samples of their signature beers which tied into Ray’s narrative beautifully. We were blown away by this awesome experience. A MUST if you’re a beer fan!

For truck drivers. The shipping is around the back, go to the end of the street then turn right. Easy check in and out. 60min wait for me.
Not sure of overnight parking is available but looks like it may be.

Nice clean facility, overnight parking, all staff is kind and respectful, and plenty of room to back into docks. Was loaded in about 2hrs after being docked.

Our tour was amazing! I had initially thought that tours would not be available the day we would be by, but via email, Shelly set us up with a private tour. Austin was excellent! Not only did he give us the most in-depth brewery tour we've ever been on, but he also gave my husband countless home brewing tips during each part of the tour. I would highly recommend making a stop if you are in the Kalamazoo area!

Brought my brother who is a home brewer from out of town. He loved the tour and said that it was one of the better tours he has taken. Knowledgeable staff and small groups tour groups allow time to interact and ask questions.

I came out to this location for the tour. The door itself far exceeded any expectations I might have had. My tour guide, Austin, was absolutely amazing. Extremely enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. I've lived in the Kalamazoo area for almost 20 years and must have meant that I've never done a tour, definitely something I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour of this brewery. The tour guide was very knowledgeable of the process and passed on the information in an enjoyable format. I suggest taking this tour and also visiting their eccentric cafe downtown!

Did the 5pm tour on Friday and had an amazing time. This is my boyfriend's all time favorite beer so he decided to book the brewery tour as a great way to celebrate his birthday and it was! The tour is free, have 4 different beers to sample from, and no one else showed up for our time so luckily it felt like a private one on one tour. Our tour guide was Jordan, he was so nice, friendly, and super knowledgeable. He took his time with us and answered any questions.

He also gave us great tips such as to check out the general store, they have limited availability beers there. AND he also highly recommended checking out the "Eccentric Cafe" in downtown Kalamazoo. This is their bar restaurant which also has an entertainment venue in back. Very cool atmosphere there and based on all of the history we learned from him during the tour we saw little details in the bar/restaurant that reflected that which was pretty cool to recognize. Would do again! Thank you!!!

Nice big open lot with easy, unobstructed, access to docks. Friendly, polite customers. A place you want to deliver to because their treatment of you is extraordinary, a breath of fresh air compared to other places that treat you like you are an inconvenience to them delivering their product to them rain, snow, ice, wind, or shine. Here they act like they understand how difficult, and dangerous it was for you to get there safe, in one piece, product undamaged. That vibe gives you the electrical charge you need to get out there, & do it one more time for them, looking forward to that cool accent, or nice smile, have a great day. Compare to 5 star hotel. Really, no exaggeration!

Had a great time, definitely worth the stop if in the area. We toured then drove into Kalamazoo to eat. I recommend that order. Our tour guide was nice, knowledgeable and full of great stories. I liked the start to finish style of the tour. This is only the third brewery I've toured so can't compare to a lot.

One of the best beer tours we've ever done. Austin was a fantastic tour guide. You get to sample a few beers. Tasting the malts and smelling the hops was a cool feature. The space is beautiful, tour is informative, and best of all, it's free!

About four years ago I used to go here regularly when I work for a beer distributor. A lot has changed in that time. And all of it has been great. Staff inside were very friendly very courteous and even inquired about my KISS tattoo. I hope the company I drive for now will send me here regularly. Can't wait to come back again.

Did the Two Hearted Tour (only offered a few times a year). It was awesome! Took about 75 minutes, and got to see parts of the brewery not on other tours. Michael and Sasha we're super informative guides. Highly recommend!!
