Can't get them to return a phone call. The one time I did get them to talk to me for a few minutes they admitted they were having phone troubles. They couldn't give me pricing because they were having trouble with their system too. They told me they would call me back when it was back up. Never did. Stopped bothering to call them or recommend them after that. Moved to a different vendor that was more than willing to supply the lab and clients.
