Lifetime warranty is the reason I buy there, and the staff is awesome and never seems bothered by questions and is happy to help find the things you need.
They are a breath of fresh air when compared to other local parts stores.

My cars battery died in the parking lot of Aldi's and thankfully O'Reilly was just a few stores down. I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what they could do for me. I was able to borrow some tools to take my old battery out and install the new one. Jessica the store manager is very friendly and knowledgeable, she was able to find me the correctly sized battery replacement to fit in my car. What could've been a few hours waiting for a tow truck was done in a few minutes with the help of some great customer service. Thank you!

Honestly they have the best customer service of all the local stores. After what I've gone thru looking for oddball parts, they stay on the phone until they find the part can also cross reference the part. Then you bring a battery and they grab the matching part for you. They care.
The other stores were like.. Sorry

Your website sucks ask for a air filter for a 1988 ford escort and only thing that came up was oil filters.will never use web site or shop at store.

Sold me the wrong brake hose. I didn’t know it and I drove my car around like that for two weeks and my brakes would randomly drag .I ended up with two brake hoses that I had to pay for and two I had to take back, just to get one brake hose that was the right one. It was a nightmare. I won’t go back there anymore.
