Wonderful experience with Closet Concepts! Had a small walk-in closet, they replaced the wire rack with beautiful great quality and functional design products. Their staff was friendly, professional and stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process. Tyler the rep that did the install was great! Highly recommend!

We purchased a new home with an awesome size closet and the wire shelving was pretty beat. Holly came out in a timely manner to give us an estimate. We were going back and forth on if we should put wire back up or go with a nicer laminate. She quoted both ways and we decided to go with the laminate and I’m so glad we did! It looks awesome. It’s the closet I’ve always dreamed of! Highly recommend this company.

I’ve used Closet Concepts a couple of times. The first time was a great experience. The second time I had a uniquely shaped closet that required extra work. They did not disappoint and came back a couple of extra times to make sure I was completely satisfied.

Installed closets for me and my husband!

End of Febrhary, beginning of March I spoke with a gentleman (will leave names out) for a same day appointment to design a large master closet and 2 bedroom closets. They were able to accommodate, wonderful! The woman showed up to my home to measure my spaces and was not professional at all. I believe I heard about most of her personal life and experiences during her visit...no worries though. As long as the job is completed and well done, I don't often pay too much attention to that kind of stuff. I was told to expect a quote in 24-48 hours. 1 week later I called as I had received no communication (had checked my spam). The gentleman I had previously spoken to didn't recall or have record of who I was. He contacted the closet designer who had come to my home. A couple days later I finally received my designs with an included discount for the delay. I responded by email on March 15, some clarifications and requests for minor changes. I have yet to hear back from anyone from this company. I have let it go for quite some time considering the COVID19 pandemic has turned everything on its head but it is now June 25, while all of this time the design could have at least been finalized...at the very least some form of communication as to the status of my project. Not impressed and will be giving my business to someone else.
