Chris and his team are absolutely outstanding, you can be 100% confident purchasing docks and/or lifts and having them work for you taking them in and out seasonally. We’ve been using them for over 15 years and they have never let us down even through these most trying past two “pandemic” summers when as we all know there has been a labor shortage. We have watched this family business grow over the years and respectfully can say we could not be more proud of their hard work ethics which have led them to their well earned ongoing success. It’s take out time, but our family is already looking forward to the lifts and docks going back in the spring.

Friendly people will get your docks right

For 6 months I have tried to get help from this place. I personally stopped in the office with a drawing that they have no idea where it is. I visited the office 3 times. They have not responded to any of my requests. The only reason they get 1 star is because I can't give a 0.
Response to owner response: To be committed to customer service, one must not ice the customer. I'm as understanding as anyone about the chaotic year it has been, however, to lose drawings and not reach out at all to repeated requests, demonstrates lack of commitment.
