First off, not sure why this isn't posting my name properly. I'm Cynthia Johanson. CVS Pharmacy has been my pharmacy since 2017 when I moved here from California. When I see all of these negative reviews it just blows my mind because I have been 100% satisfied with my West Frankfort CVS!!!🥰 They are hard working caring people who have always taken care of me. If you truly want a terrible CVS Pharmacy experience, go to Benton. Thank you West Frankfort CVS for being the hardworking people that you are!!!

I have been with CVS for over 20 years now and they have always done my prescription medication the way it needs to be and always have them ready when they are due without me having to remember to call
