Church's Texas Chicken

True story, my husband was really pushing for KFC and I am SO glad we ultimately went to this Churches instead. All of my food was fresh and cooked perfectly. The staff was so warm and friendly. They gave plenty of dipping sauce and napkins. I never have experiences like that at fast food these days. Keep up the great work guys ♡

My 1st time eating at this Church's and the first time I used the App to order. Must say it was a flawless adventure lol, food was ready and hot when I good there, the staff was extremely friendly, and even wished me a happy birthday because my order included an apple pie for my BD. I will be back here again for sure.

We got a large order for a family function. When we got home, they saw that they didn't give us the right chicken pieces we ordered. We went back to the store with the chicken and informed them of the mistake. They took the chicken back and put that chicken in the holding spot to resell??? .. They gave us the correct chicken we ordered ... But we thought them taking it back and reselling it wasn't right.

This church's in Surprise makes absolutely fantastic and fresh fried chicken, like seriously 100% of the times we've gone there the food is made great!

First time visiting this location since we moved to surprise. We love their spicy chicken, they had great specials going on too. Friendly staff, good food

The food and service at this Church's Chicken were 5 star. The atmosphere was typical for a fast food establishment. However. It was clean and orderly.

Food was so hot and fresh it was unexpected! The biscuits put Popeyes to shame. Great service, they were understaffed and didn’t show it in their food, they preformed great and produced great quality food. My chicken fingers were so good lol

Honey butter biscuits and fried apple pies are my fave! Wish they'd serve chocolate cake or other dessert options.

The night crew at this location are amazing! Never have to wait long for your order...and the night crew for the last 4-6 months or so keeps the inside clean, and recognizes some of their frequent customers like myself. 5 star joint!

The staff has closed the door to prepare closing, but the manager was so nice to take us in. They even spent more than 10 minutes to make some chicken for us. More customers came when we waited and they did not turn them away. We decided to take the chicken to the hotel room to release the staffs home. It took a very short time to finish the family meal we ordered. My son said the chicken tasted so good!

The fried okra was perfect! Fried just right, nice and crispy. The chicken was as good as ever, and since this was my second visit to this location, it appears to be consistent. The service was very friendly and helpful. A new favorite.

The staff is very nice. However it wasn't too professional with some team members while not busy are on their cell phones one person sat on the counter while texting and the manager walking around turning a blind eye on her team texting the dining room needed attention if you have time to lean, you have time to clean.

The drive thru was really busy. The guy at the window was sincerely apologetic for the wait but honestly they were just slammed. They handled it well in my opinion. The food was hot and really good. No complaints here. Good job people!!

This is 5 stars because of amazing polite service. Very helpful and patient with my long and stupid family order that we've all had to put in before. The young lady behind the counter was nice and helpful with all my questions and got my order out quick and exactly how I put it in. So for fast food that's 5 stars. I'm more of a KFC guy lol but with great service I might switch.

This place is always busy every time I go there. I love Church's Chicken even though lines are out the door & a line if cars are at the drive through. They do try to serve everyone as fast as possible, they do cook the chicken as often as possible, they can never seem to keep them long enough on the tray! The person managing the place usually offers you a free drink to compensate for the delay.

Left feeling good, staff were really cool. A lady who they said at time of order they would have to wait like ~20 min was given a free cup of soda as gratitude. Thought it was nice of them.

I'de concur with others that things were a tiny bit on the slow side. But the food was good, and the people that work there make me want to return. I havn't had churches since their limited time venture in the Bronx with white castle, and their chicken and biscuits did not disappoint.

Better than KFC but still love KFC. I wish I had asked the name of the gentleman that worked tonight. He was working the drive through, counter and back of house (cooking). Very good employee. Great dinner at a good price. Thank you.
