Wendy's

I gave Wendy's in Athol 5 stars only because they were doing a fundraiser for the middle school. The burger I had was actually awful. The burger was warm at best, the cheese was cold, and neither were alligned with the bun! The fries were just okay. None of the employees were very helpful or friendly. I was surprised as I had not had that experience there before. I'm sure at some point I'll give them another try.

The girl at the register was incredibly helpful. She was very thoughtful and kind, fixing our order quickly and being one step ahead as we began to complain. Best experience I've had at a Wendy's in a long time.

Dude I know this is just a Wendy's, and it feels weird to do a google review for a corporate establishment, but this place is a different kind of Wendy's, at least in my experience. This place is like Wendy's but "The Cooler" Wendy's.
I don't really like drive thru's because they feel like they take forever most of the time, and I get anxious feeling stuck in my car in a line, but I have never spent more than 60 seconds in this Athol Wendy's Drive-Thru. From the time I start my order, to the time I get my food, I couldn't have even listened to a whole Ramones song. This place sits really nice between my commutes from Southern VT to Boston for band practice, and man it hits every time.
Sure, sometimes they forget a straw or a frosty spoon. But who even cares dude, it's Wendy's. My expectations are low, but like, it's nice to actually be impressed by something. I don't know what kind of ship they're running here, but that woman from all of the "I know this lady is running this McDonalds like it's the navy" memes must be working here. They get my slop to me fast, no anxiety of feeling trapped in this drive thru. I've been stopping at this Wendy's for years and it's better than any other Wendy's I've ever been to.
Shoutout to the hard working people of Athol for keeping this place running the way it is. Give everyone here a raise immediately. If I'm all of a sudden paying way more than $5 for the biggie bag, I want my $$$ going to the people making me feel satisfied enough by their service that I spend my Sunday evening writing a review for freakin' Wendy's.
Also one time the lady in the cashier window said she liked my nails. Thanks.

Athol Wedys has to be the best wendys ive even been to. There was a small mix up with my online order and this place went over and beyond to make sure it was made right.

Great experience! Friendly staff, hot fresh food, super clean and well kept. The lady in charge up front was very kind to our kiddos and very attentive to the customers.

Great food, lovely burgers and people, and a wonderful cozy atmosphere!

I'm not a fan of fast food but sometimes I need a fast meal because the sugar is low. I will actually go out of my way for this Wendy's. My food is always fresh and hot. The people are always friendly. It's clean and quick. Sometimes we forget to talk up good places but I really wanted to give credit where credit is due.

Best shakes you can get outside of a Cold Stone

It's fast food so I have trouble getting it five stars but as fast food goes it is so much better than McDonald's or Burger King we go out for fast food once maybe twice a month and without a doubt this is where we go they have the best food

I've never had any food that wasn't amazing

Just got the 5$ biggie bag for lunch, fries were hot and the sandwich was fresh. They have my city Wendy's beat! Friendly staff as well. Thank you so much, I will be back 😊 great experience

Food is always quick and really good. The service is always great to and the atmosphere is amazing.

I'm giving this Wendy's five stars because it's a new Wendy's, they have employees that seem to care about the business that takes place there, their employees seem happy, it is amazingly clean for a fast food restaurant, and they are very diligent and in fact one of the only places around to have not messed up an order. It has a super convenient location as well as ease of access and the longest I've ever had to wait there was about 5 minutes in the drive thru which is in my opinion still very good time. staff is also family-friendly and I feel that that is an important thing to have especially at a place where there could be little ones running around.

Had a larger order than usual - 42 items. The service was extremely friendly, fast, and the kitchen was very clean. The dining room was spotless, all accoutrements were stocked and organized. Fantastic experience.

Even though we arrived with a large (29) people, the staff was great and served us quickly. The preorder option helped customers avoid line and get service quickly. Great job! And the food, as always, tasty and we'll prepared.

Very clean, obviously its new, lol. The staff there is super nice, the fireplace thing is pretty cool, and the freestyle coke machine doesn't hurt. While more pricey than many competitors, their food is a slightly higher quality, in my opinion, so take that into consideration if the price bugs you.

Great location, seems clean. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. I prefer their burgers over the other fast food chains.

Typical Wendy's fast food. This Wendy's was updated and you could order your food from a mini kiosk and then walk up to counter and pick it up. Cool
