Both the office folks and the drivers were friendly, and professional. Commitments and timelines were always honored. Being able to pack and unpack at my leisure was definitely convenient and I would recommend Mi-Box to anyone in similar circumstances.

I needed a storage box for a couple of months while I cleaned out our home of 45 years. MI-box was an economical and secure solution. Their staff was courteous and thoughtful about placement of the box. If I need a box in the future, I will definitely call them.

I called a popular company and got 10 minute computer message before I got and agent. the accent was so thick I couldn't understand the person. Then I googled it and found Mi-Box!!! Instant pick up and I got Hello, This is Ashley, how can I help you? very friendly, I order the 8' x 8' 16'. Professional and courteous!!!! I cannot say enough of how excellent this company is. I found out there are two phone people, two truck drivers and two owners. The driver Steve was very friendly and professional. He'll place the bus wherever you want!!! When I was all done, it was a pickup of the box was the next day!!! AND all for more that $200 less than the big company. Definitely a 5 star company!!!!!!

I reached out to MI-BOX Central & Western MA during a time of true upheaval due to the pandemic, and they were 100% friendly and responsive. They worked with me to figure out solutions, offered reasonable prices and then did exactly what they said they would do. Monthly billing was totally smooth and they were always available if I had questions. This remained true once I was finally able to move into a new home: they were responsive, easy to work with, and totally trustworthy. On top of that, my stored belongings arrived in excellent condition -- dry, clean, in tact, on time.

Mi-Box was essential to our move and I have to say they made our move so much easier. Their customer service was easy and pleasant to deal with, the whole process was clear and transparent. The delivery/pickup windows were reasonable and the truck driver called us before he arrived, communication was great. The box was delivered easily and the same for pick up/delivery to the new house for us to unload. Mi-Box made a very stressful time so much more manageable and we would use them again if needed!

Nick was our driver for both drop off and pick up and he couldn't have been nicer. He explained everything clearly, was professional and on time in both directions. MiBox has partnered with the towns of Northfield and Montague in Western MA in our effort to run Styrofoam collections in April. Without their great service and enthusiasm for our project, we would not be able to run these collections efficiently. They brought us a clean, tight box, where we stored our items usually kept in the garage, while we undertook reconstruction of the garage. Project lasted 4+ months and the Mibox kept everything dry, safe and accessible. Courteous driver and office staff. A good decision on our part.

Absolutely love this company! Steve and Meghan were so helpful. So kind understanding and wonderful! Cherry disposition even during nasty weather!!! I wish we could’ve given Steve a big tip! I think he needs a raise 😉 On the buisness side of things this company was clear in communication. The pricing was perfectly fair and the best option for us. One of the biggest pluses for us is that once our unit needed to be moved there is no “layover” time like packrat was quoting. We moved and due to weather they had our unit to us within a few days otherwise it would have been same day! I cannot state enough how much we recommend this company! I wish I had learned about it sooner. Moving companies were quoting us 2,700-$3,200…. Our mibox cost us under $500 total and made it so we had plenty of time to pack instead of rushing in one day. When my house sold fast and couldn’t find next house, I had to look into moving & storage options. Well all the typical storage facilities were full so I reached out to Mi-Box and very glad I did. Pricing was same or less then storage places and allowed more time to pack it then a typical moving company. The driver, Ken was amazing and got the pod literally less then foot from my garage door so I didn’t get wet loading in rain and propped it up safely due to incline in driveway. He gave me advise on best way to load it and that it should easily hold all I needed. When he came back to move to rental house he helped me get last minute items in and again able to place it perfectly at new location. I’m glad I stored it at rental as needed to go in/out few times and contact via email or phone with office staff was easy. I would definitely recommend Mi-Box Central (Fitzwilliam NH office).

I needed external storage as I started packing to move, and they had exactly the right sized unit available immediately. They had it dropped off in days, and putting it in a somewhat difficult location was no trouble for their driver. The cost was more than reasonable. I would definitely use MI-BOX and this specific location again.

We had a flooding issue in our basement. After searching several other storage container services, Mi-box was the most reasonably priced. They were very responsive and were able to deliver the box only a day or two after I called. We ran into a billing issue, but Megan (the manager) was able to help resolve the issue. Overall very happy with Mi-Box and would recommend them or use them again in the future!

Used Mi-Box 20’ container for a house move. Spoke with Gene to set up a schedule, she was very professional and helpful. Steve & Nick were the drivers. They were both very nice to deal with and excellent at maneuvering the truck in a difficult drive way. Also rented some moving blankets and ratchet straps, that were like new and good quality. Would definitely recommend using Mi-Box.
