On 11/17/23, I had to replace a older Samsung phone. I researched your website. Made a list and went in to see Andrew and Nick. As we loaded the new phone from the old one. We were chatting they were super helpful. It was a wonder experience. Quick easy and fun. As a retail manager for many years. I saw instantly what a great team you have with these two fine young men.

Andrew and Logan are the very best. I've been to many Verizon stores and have never found such friendly and talented wireless specialists as these two. They are always smiling and glad to see me. I went in with a problem with the communication between my new JBL wireless speaker and my cellphone. I had unsuccessfully tried every solution I could think of. I thought maybe my new speaker was faulty. In two minutes they solved the problem. The cable that came with the speaker was low quality and the charger I was using was not powerful enough. They suggested a new quick charger kit for $49.99. They took $10 off. So for $39.99 I was once again very pleased with this Verizon store. Andrew and Logan really treated me as a valued customer. Thank you.

Nick was extremely helpful finding the right phone and deal for me after my phone died, he was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and easy to work with.
You know how it can be when your phone dies you kind of go into panic mode but Nick had me on my way with a new phone and everything down loaded in under an hour… Highly recommend the store and Nick!

Me and my wife linsey had a great experience with Andrew and Nick they made it painless to get a new phone. Finally left the flip phone behind (without pressure) after being given a few lower priced options I never considered before. I feel like Andrew had actually helped me years earlier to get my flippy that served me so well. The visit was fast, productive and the only thing slowing it down was me deciding. I had multiple camera questions that they looked into on several different phones for me as well as looking to see if there were any free phone upgrades as well. I wish everything was that easy.

By far the best experience we’ve ever had when buying a phone, switching or syncing accounts, and learning about options available for us. Working with Drew was so wonderful. He asked questions, didn’t pressure us into an upgrade that didn’t serve us well and, alternatively, suggested options that saved us money. For example, we were not aware about options available for our age-group. Drew researched them and made sure we received them. And, even when he ran into a roadblock with one of those options, he requested his manager to help and, as a result, we saved even MORE money! We walked out of the store with technology that serves our need (not MORE technology than we need!), have developed complete trust in this store and especially in Drew’s customer-focused service. We whole-heartedly recommend this store and Drew as a sales associate!

Jacob was very pleasant and helpful getting my new phone up and running. I needed to replace mine that broke on Christmas, I had no voice and he was very patient with me and very accommodating. He got everything transferred from my old phone to my new one , made sure I had all the necessary accessories and protection plan and got me on my way in no time flat. I have always had a good experience at this store. I highly recommend them.

This was best experience I have had at any Verizon retailer. The Sales Associate Drew Elliot was fantastic. He knew how each phone worked, what was good and bad about each phone, was not forceful and answered all my questions. I was previously in there on Sat and spent about 2 hours get some technical assistance. If you are in the market for a new phone this store is the best and the whole crew is awesome. I never give a 5 star rating but this one is well worth it. In fact 5 stars is not enough. I recommend that other Verizon outlets should visit and see how customer service is supposed to be. Great job Drew and Crew

Andrew Elliot helped me today and he was a fantastic help! He is upbeat, patient and explained everything so I know all of the features of my new phone. He was happy to answer any and all my questions overall awesome experience! Jacob also was helpful they both worked as a team to help me and other customers making the shopping experience diligent and easy!

I went in to the Rindge Verizon store (Russell Cellular) to shop for my first smart phone (I know, hard to believe anyone has waited this long!) and was greeted by a very knowledgeable and personable tech/sales person named Jacob. After exploring the options and later researching on the internet at Verizon.com, I was able to get a great deal on-line. Jacob had promised me he could help this older customer (me) with setting up his first smart phone (iPhone 12 mini) even if I bought it elsewhere!!! Really?

Well, I have to tell you Jacob's tutelage and patience went above and beyond despite only getting a sale on a cable and charger. I wholeheartedly recommend this store and Jacob in particular for outstanding service and professionalism. They really care that you get what you need and not pushing the latest and greatest (and most expensive) on you. Although their inventory is impressive should you want the coolest and latest phone. Thank you Jacob for a job well done and Russell Cellular for hiring such great employees!

I stopped in five minutes before closing last Friday wanting to transfer my land line and was told it was going to take too much time to complete, but Drew Fletcher stated that he would be more than happy to stay past closing to help me out since I explained my work hours coincide with their store hours making it difficult to get here during normal business hours. He worked diligently to get my phone setup as quickly as possible, and we had a great time discussing various technologies and how they've evolved. I'll definitely make this my preferred Verizon store and recommend others do so as well.

The workers here were kind, and friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with my purchase.

James was very personable, cheerful, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He was very empathetic about my phone getting stolen and he was so patient given I had two young children and an infant all causing distraction and making lots of noise. He got us taken care of quickly and he wasn’t overbearing at all. It was a very pleasant experience and I’m very impressed with the service I received.

I just stopped into the store today to ask for help with a few problems I was having with my phone and ask a few questions. I was helped by Jacob and he knew exactly what to look for first and corrected the problem I was having very quickly! He answered all my questions as well. Jacob was so welcoming and made me feel like my small problems were important. A few weeks ago I stopped in and spoke with Chris. I was trying to be prepared for the news that I would have no choice but to upgrade my phone. After Chris assessed the situation, I was pleasantly surprised when he told me, my phone was fine, no need to spend money upgrading and he fixed the problem. I can't say enough about these guys. They are enthusiastic and take pride in what they do. Taking the time to do the right thing - putting the customer first. It is refreshing to find kind, caring and people with integrity in this type of business. We are so blessed to have them in Rindge.

I do not normally review places but I had a such a great experience here I had to share. This was my first time coming in to the brand new store. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I was politely greeted with smiling faces by every employee as soon as I stepped in the door. I came in to purchase the new iPhone, I initially had many questions about the new device but every one of my concerns was politely answered and thoroughly explained to me. They also helped me save a ton of money and take advantage of some great promotions (I'm on a tight budget so it was especially appreciated). Overall I was very pleased with the helpfulness and patients of everyone at this location. It is a wonderful feeling knowing that someone is helping while also guinely caring for their costumers. I can definitely say that I'll be back!! Thank you guys again!
