Wilson's Service Center

I had my tire blow out awhile back at the gas station next door to them while is was pouring down rain and some one came out to check the tire for me so i could pull over there. They are fast, reasonably priced, and have AMAZING customer service I recommend them to everyone I know who needs some work done.

This place was fast and had amazing service!!! We got a screw in our tire on our vacation and they handled it quickly so we could get back on the road !! Thank yall so much ! Ziggy was a pleasant surprise too!

I live out of state but was here to see family. My car started sputtering and shaking. Called them and asked if they could take a look and they said to bring it in. Scanned it and diagnosed the problem as an engine misfire in one of my cylinders. Told me it would take about half an hour to get the part, and 1.5 hours to fix it after they got the part. Steven replaced it within 40 minutes and thankfully I am able to drive back home this weekend. The price was exactly what they quoted me. I highly recommend these guys, I was super impressed!

Was met by a friendly, knowledgeable attendant who along with a mechanic jumped right on my early morning oil change. I have already referred another customer who said they're be back also. I left a tip for the friendly expedited service and was on my way for $20 less than what Pep Boys charges without the attendant trying to sell me an overpriced cabin air filter or wiper blades. I'll be back.

I pulled in unannounced. Was greeted before I could even reach the office. I explained my problem and was directed where to park my vehicle for service. A second person came and confirmed my tire problem right away. He didappeared to get tools set up. Reappeared with a jack and had the wheel off in 60 seconds. Had the bad valve stem out and replaced, wheel reinflated and back on the truck in 5 minutes. I paid a surprisingly low repair price in the office and was on the road all in 15 minutes. These guys n girls are the real deal. I will always start with them for any auto repair needs.

Intentionally waited a few weeks now before doing a review. First let me say that when you call a business you want to get someone on the other end that seems to be interested in your problem and someone that gives the impression they truly like the work they do and need your business. I got a good feeling talking to Gina, the owner, and so I decided to let them inspect my car to see what they thought needed to be done. I will say a couple of things on their website were not correct but minor details they can solve by getting someone to fix for them. Probably not unusual for an auto shop these days to get your car in but not be able to look at it for a day or two as they have other customers in line before you. I did ask about the wait time and was able to save a day or two by taking it when they actually expected to get to it. Unfortunately, the mechanic helping me said it would be ready at a certain day and time. It was not , so I told him I raised my Son in the likeness of General Robert E Lee and that means when you tell someone something and you cannot follow through on it you should contact them ASAP and tell them about the change. Maybe he went home and looked up who General Robert E Lee was? That is something the average person does not know to do when it comes to wait times. As a shade tree mechanic myself for the last 49 years, I was interested in finding out just what the people at Wilson's knew about my car and the problems I wanted solved. Again, 90% of customers will not know these things and certainly not know all the questions they need to ask before agreeing to having the work done. I believe one can trust them to do what is right and I can only base that on this one experience with them. No, they don't seem to have any ASE certified mechanics and yes, you can find a Blue Seal Shop with ASE mechanics but they are located at Evans Automotive Service Center in Pensacola, Fl. I suggest Gina consider sending her mechanics to get these certifications because it makes the customer that much more confident in what they do. It does not mean the people she has cannot do the job for sure. Of course, we all want to pay for what we get and I found the cost of dealing with Gina and Wilson's Auto Service was in line with what I expected. I was not able to do the work myself due to circumstances but they did a good job at a reasonable price. Until I find differently I would say this certainly is one of the best auto shops to use in our area at this time. I considered Pep Boys and the dealership but the cost was too far off. Finally, all businesses in Alabama should be flying the State of Alabama Flag if not the Confederate Battle Flag to show their respect and honor for the State where their business is located.

I am beyond happy with Wilson's. From the first call, I was impressed with Tina (owner). She was professional, knowledgeable, and great customer service. The shop was nice. They offer night drop service too. The finished my truck fast and did a great job. Hard to find a shop like this anymore. I will definitely be back. I wish I could have meet Mr. Wilson himself. I'm sure he would be proud! Thank you again. Hope to not need you soon = ).

Very nice, polite and knowledgeable service tech arrived and quickly installed a spare from under my truck. Couldn't ask for any better ! Was referred to them by a passing motorist !

Limped in off of the highway yesterday with check engine light flashing. Even though it was 15 minutes till closing they still scanned my truck, diagnosed the problem and sent me to a mechanic 3 miles away who fixed the problem right away. No charge. Thanks so much!

I had picked up a screw in my tire and needed a repair. Rather than going to a national chain I decided to try the locally owned repair shop here in Spanish Fort. I'm glad I did. The folks here greeted me with a smile and repaired my tire in about 5 minutes. If you live nearby give them a try.

Wilson's service center is excellent! Have had both of my cars there for service and the are always friendly. They are reasonably priced and provide thorough yet quick repairs/service when needed. I will continue to take my cars there as long as their doors are open.

My 87yr old Dad and I had a flat tire in Rouses parking lot . I am disabled with my back so we called Wilson's it was close to their closing time but they waited on us and fixed our tire. I want to especially thank Bobby Wilson's grandson for being so kind to my dad and checking all of our tires just in case their might have been a problem with the other tires.

Great folks! Helped me when i had myself in a situation repairing my truck. Had the work done quick and no notice! Will definately use these guys again but hopefully not too soon! Also they charged exactly what was quoted.

Thank you to everyone at Wilson’s. I arrived at your business with a very heavy heart. Y’all were so great to me and went above and beyond anything I ever could have imagined. You made a very bad 3 days of my life better. A special shout out to Steven. You are a very special person. Thank y’all again.

I had a problem with my Infiniti starter and considered taking it to the dealership. After speaking to the guys at Wilson's they were able to order the part i needed and got me back on the road within 24 hours for 1/3 of the price. Thank you so much

My 16 year old daughters car broke down in Spanish Fort on her travel to Bonifay, Florida from Mobile, Alabama. I, her dad, was in New Orleans. One of the most fairly priced for labor around. Everyone is so nice and thorough. I’m lucky to be so conveniently located to Wilson’s, but I’d drive miles if I had to.
