I had a vendor ship me a package with the wrong address through UPS with delivery through the Lincoln Ca post office. The courier could not deliver the package because the address did not exist. UPS sent me a message saying it could not be delivered and the package was being returned to sender(Florida). I sent a message to my local post office giving them the correct address. A couple hours later, a person from the post office called, got the right address, and said she would contact the courier and have him deliver the package. Soon after, the courier, Julio, knocked on the door with the package. This service was unexpected and way above and beyond. They are the best and I wish I could find out how to send a commendation letter to their manager because they deserve recognition for what they did!!!!!

Our mail person is named "Lily". She places our mail neatly in our mail box. She is always courteous and friendly. We feel fortunate that she is our mail person. Lily wished all her residents a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Same to you Lily.

I had a great experience at this post office today. The staff were very polite, helpful and efficient. They had someone in the lobby to restock forms, and help customers make sure they have everything ready before they get to the window. They were also able to handle simple transactions like buying a book of stamps, which keeps the line down and gets everybody in and out faster.

The parking is a bit slim, but not a big deal unless you're driving a full size truck, or stuck trying to park between two if them. This Post Office could also do with a bit more parking as spaces are limited.

I have always been treated well at this PO. Always courteous, very helpful, suggesting alternatives to my mailing/shipping a package. I especially like the lobby help where if you want stamps or have a pre posted package. You couldn't ask for better service. I have been to the Lincoln UPS store they are helpful too but not one bit friendly compared to the Lincoln PO.

Such wonderful happy employees at this post office! Always greet us with a smile and are willing to help. They are never grumpy. The parking lot has plenty of spots even at Christmas time with overflow on the street. There is a convenient letter drop outside. State of the art technology inside the building. Super clean and neat! The automatic doors are such a nice touch during cold and flu season. You can carry packages in without having to open the doors. The lines are not very long unless of course it's holiday season which is to be expected. Print your own labels and don't stand in line! It's a no brainer! We have it so good here in Lincoln with this excellent post office! They take pride in keeping it clean and germ free. I even saw a man wiping down the counters! They decorate with wreaths for Christmas time. I can't say enough good about this post office! We recently came from a town that has just the opposite so Lincolnites rejoice! This is excellent!

Great experience. The manager is awesome. I came in almost at closing.... but you wouldn't be able to tell. The manager helped me get my package in order, happy staff, and they saved me 5 bucks with an alternate recommendation.

Clerk #95 assisted me. She was so friendly, helpful and was happy to serve me. Always greets all the customers who fall in line and thank them for their patience.

I love this post office and this Lincoln location because it’s easy to find, enough room, and the staff are friendly even when it’s busy. I usually use this location for my business, swanky garden stones. Never really had any complaints about my package delivery’s. 😋

I was there twice a week and Saturday, Feb 19. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Lincoln Post Office staff for their abundant knowledge and unstinting passion.

I’ve been to a few of the post offices in the surrounding areas, and this one has the most helpful and nice employees, and they are pretty quick for how long the lines are sometimes.

Everyone’s nice, I’ve never had a problem with service and my packages always get where they need to in a timely manner.

Long lines during early morning and late afternoons but staff at the counter are very cordial and helpful.

Staff at the counter are friendly and helpful. Gave me all the options available for international shipping.

Busy as usual this time of year. Very helpful employees!
