They Do Not Answer Phone

The worst experience ever!!! Had to transfer my children from the Dover AFB medical to one of the local offices, so we went with Dr. Rosal Pediatrics.
Initially staff informed me that they deal with military and the insurance. Not so much. None of them knew how the referral system works. Every time we needed a referral for specialty care, they wanted to bring you in for a 5 min visit just so they could charge your insurance (I call that a scam).
Once we decided to transfer out, no one has ever mentioned anything about record transfer fees. Until I demanded my children's original records, they forwarded everything to the new office and stuck us with a bill.

Review is for Dover location: Extremely long wait time just to talk to someone to make an appointment (30-45 mins on hold). PA Jacob was extremely condescending and did not listen nor respect my wishes as a patient. He also improperly informed me that I HAD to get weighed, implying that I did not have right to refuse (fyi
.. pts can refuse ANY procedure). On another visit, nurse indicated that I should have gone to my obgyn instead of them for the issue (issue was not pregnancy or female anatomy related). Every visit I've had with them they have called me in early claiming they needed me there sooner but then I still ended up being called back after my scheduled appt. Worse office ever.

They do not have a listing for the Dover office, so I'm leaving this here. I am a chronically ill person who has seen enough medical pros to know who's good and who isn't. United medical has been among the WORST experiences I've had so far, and I don't say that often or lightly. The PA I saw, Jason, was really disrespectful to me in the room. Could not have cared less about me or my thoughts on my own health. The full story is too long to write here, but take it from a professional patient -- do NOT go here. You'd be better off seeing a stethoscope-wearing dog. And other reviewers on here as well as Yelp seem to feel the same way.

The worst office ever. Like previous comments have said, this place went downhill after they joined UMC, it’s like pulling teeth to get a hold of anyone, the wait times to just talk to someone to schedule an appointment (if you’re lucky) are horrendously long, and it really seems as though that they don’t give two craps about your well being at all.
The doctor that I see had the nerve to say that she “doesn’t feel comfortable” writing me an exemption for vaccines after knowing that I had an anaphylactic reaction to one vaccine, and two other severe reactions to two other vaccines.
Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

WORSE MEDICAL PRACTICE EVER SINCE JOINING UNITED MEDICAL. I used this office for my diabetes for over 10 years and then they joined United Medical. Now there phones get answered by somebody in PA and that's if your lucky. Most wait times on a phone call are 20-45 minutes long. They constantly change the appointment one day beforehand stating some bogus excuse; probably their screw-up in appointment making since they don't even know what office you are calling for even you tell them the doctor's name; they need to know the location (don't you know which of your doctor's work where?).

Dr. Lim is good. However the overall UM clinic is terrible. They want you to do everything through an app. I’ve been trying to get a script from them for over 15 days. The DME company says that they can’t reach anyone. I left a message 5 days ago and no return call. I’m outta there! They are terrible!!! Stay away. Did I forget to mention double billing!!!!!!

As a Type 1 diabetic, you think it wouldn’t be like pulling teeth to get prescription for life saving insulin on a regular basis. Regardless if a blood test is missed or not, my need for insulin isn’t going to change or get less.

If you are a Type 1, stay away from this place.

It is almost impossible to get through to office without waiting a minimum of 20-30 mins. I was on hold to schedule an appt for an hour. The staff who answer are rude and unprofessional. It seems a bother you are calling. If you leave a message they don’t return them.

We were always pleased with the service until United Medical became the provider. Now, not so much.

Over 40 minute wait for every appointment.
