Never thought I’d be writing a review for a McDonald’s ever but here I am; this was the most efficient McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! The line was super long yet we were outta there in like 5 minutes. Everything we wanted was available and everyone was friendly yet speedy. Plus the fries were sublime :-)

Accurate order, normal McDs quality. What I liked was a couple friendly people taking and then filling my drive thru order. Their pleasantness made me smile!

Thanks Amanda you saved the day helping customers!!! You're the Best!! Nice remodeling job there too!!! I'll be back!!!

Wow, I tilt my hat and bow down to night crew! Shout out to Amber & Nadia for going above and beyond! So I was on my way home from the hospital and my craving were a roaring… these folks all of them were a blessing! Asked for a strawberry, Boom at 1:10am they got it…. Asked for pies…. Not only were they out but they offered to make me some! This is why they deserve $15, workers like this are hard to come by and even the manager refuses to make pies and other night shift refuses to make pies and the shake machine always down! Hey McDonald’s these diamonds in the ruffs deserve to manage! They care and are compassionate and wow… from now on if they not working, no point in going cause only these girls and there was a guy working can really make me say “Ba dub ba ba ha I’m loving it”

I’m bring going to bring up gift cards for this crew! Cause they are bomb.com amazing… I’m serious in my 36 years on earth this night shift was the best! #mcdonalds

Special order meal came fast and hot the fries were fresh.

My parents and I had spent the entire day at the hospital for a procedure. We stopped at about 1:00 in the morning for food. This was the best McDonald's experience, the food and drinks were fresh and the people were extremely nice. This is an experience that i won't forget.

The first window attendant on 10/8/22 around 4:40 informed me the hot coffee machine was in cleaning mode. Totally understandable, and yet they sincerely apologized and offered suggestions for something similar to my request. Above and beyond kind customer service.

No complaints here, excellent staff, for being fast food( McDonald's) top notch!!! I due have 1 suggestion,somebody be the hero and save the McDonald's on Milford Rd in highland,my god,if you go thru the drive-thru and ur total time spent going thru it is 20 mins,ur breaking records,20 mins in that drive-thru is super fast,only thing that McDonald's has going for it,is the staff,other then that,ur best bet is to pass that and make the extra 6 min drive to the Hartland location,you won't be disappointed!!!!

The food is what you'd expect from McDonald's, but it's the staff they have here. This is one well run establishment, and I've never been dissatisfied with service here.

Stopped on our way to Roger's City, Michigan. Food was good, service was fast.

I always have a good experience at this location. I almost always come through very late night so my review is really for the third shift portion of their day. My order is always accurate, the staff always polite. I have to especially give props to their worker Sam, she brings the graveyard shift to life.

Fast and efficient sit down dining. Clean, modern dining room. Managers tour dining room. Coke Zero now in drink selection. Ample parking.

Food was good...staff was nice . Service was fast...hot and correct. Nice place for fast hot meal...I'd recommend

This is really weird to state, but this McDonald's made the best double cheeseburger I have ever had. Seriously! Very clean and nice staff.

The BEST burger I've ever had at a McDonald's. Patty quality is what I'd expect from trendy burger bar, or a 5 guy's. Totally unexpected.
