We just switched to Verizon from a different provider. We had multiple phones to switch over and Ken made the process run seamlessly. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. I would highly recommend this store!

Switched a family plan with 4 lines over to Verizon and I cannot stress enough how amazing the experience was. We ran into several small problems along the way that the staff was able to identify and resolve quickly. I hate going into cell phone stores. I usually do all upgrades etc online. Because this was such a big change I took a chance on going in and I cannot be any happier with the outcome. Highly recommend this store.

Great customer service. Ken was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. He even helped us sync our phones to our car.

I called my local Hartland store because I needed help to change my plan. As when i called the 800 # it was awful one automated system to another to a chat on my phone and I got no where snd became very frustrated. I called local Hartland store and they were MORE than helpful. He walked ne through the process and boom done! I highly recommend the Hartland Verizon store!!!
