Rachel was so extremely helpful and made the experience enjoyable. She grabbed different sizes as I needed them, helped me find the perfect fit for my body shape. She was so encouraging and considerate. By far the best in store clothing shopping experience I’ve had in a while.

I was not the "normal" size for the bras they carry, but Kim worked very hard finding my size and different styles that was comfortable. Kim even ordered me another style of bra that I really liked and having it sent to my house. I give Kim 5 stars.

Love the underwear. always a great selection in sizes and they always have wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. They have a new lady working there and she was absolutely sweet and she had the most beautiful freckles on her face and natural hair. She was an absolute delight.

I came in looking for a romper for a wedding. Jen immediately helped me find sizing and was extremely attentive to my needs. She helped me pick out an amazing outfit! Extremely pleasant! Best customer service I’ve had in a long time! She’s a keeper.

I went to Torrid, Maurice, Meijer, Target, Walmart, and finally here. This is the only place that had white underwear for a wedding dress 👰! Basic colors are usually black, nude, and white. Unfortunately no other store carries the basics. If you want plain colors hidden under your dress, then go here.

I came in today to pick up an item that I ordered online. I was so happy to be greeted by Heather. She had helped me a couple weeks ago along with Lindsay when I came in at the last minute looking for underwear. I thought I was going to run in, grab what I needed and get out. However, Heather immediately recognized that I wasn't wearing or purchasing the right size bra. I'm so glad she did! Lindsay measured me and helped me pick out the kind of bra I needed. My weight is always fluctuating and I had no idea how much my bra size had changed. It's amazing how much better your clothes look when you're wearing the right undergarments! And what's even more amazing is women like Heather and Lindsey that took the time to help me! They were so patient and kind! I really appreciate them staying a little late to make sure I had what I needed. Excellent customer service! Thank you so much!

Customer service was great here. The ladies kept asking if I needed help with anything. They took my coat and my on-line order to the counter so I could look and try on other items. The store was neat, bright and had a great selection.

RT 256 is an awesome store. The staff recognizes you as soon as you come through the door. Sometimes they even know your name (if you shop as often as I do). The quality of clothing and accessories is unmatched. I love how LB keeps me looking trendy even with the extra pounds.

I had a great shopping experience and Anita, salesperson was very helpful to my daughter and I. They had a drawing which made us stay in the store and shop. My daughter won a set of underwear because she won the drawing so, that was like $75.00 we saved. We will continue to shop at this location rather than go to Tuttle Mall.

I was very surprised. Being a decade long Torrid shopper this store was beautiful. Associates were friendly management was present and helping customers. They have definitely brought me back as a customer.

Hey all you ladies not looking forward to bra shopping stop in and see Olivia she was super great. She done an excellent job with the bra fitting and knew just which bras to pull if you tell her what your problem areas are. I couldn't thank her enough for her outstanding customer service and down to earth personality.

So very nice helped me in every way the costomer the service was amazing! I was very happy and I gained some of my confidence back in who I am and that in the right kind of cloths you are beautiful and even when your down to just your undergarments and birthday suit you still can be gorgeous. #fortheloveofcurves I'm curve-a-lishous-ness yay they were so positive and just very pleasant to be around, good women, I'm very pleased and will return and recommend any girl to go, when you feel down about who you are, and if you feel you are no longer as sexy or beautiful as you once we're, or lack self worth and confidence as I did when I walked in. The second you are with these girls and they help you, You will walk out feeling better about who you are and have a sence of confidence back and feel you are priceless, and you so are!!! Never let someone tell you you are not, because you are priceless and lane Bryant will not let you feel otherwise!

Great place to get fitted for a bra!! Anita was especially helpful and patient with me. I will definitely go back
