Royal Farms

This establishment was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The chicken biscuit and fresh ground coffee hit the spot.

I wish that there was a Royal Farms location close to where I live.

Heather and Trina are amazing and they are very respectful and professional. They were swift with the food, restaurant was neat clean and sanitized and it was well worth the $$. They deserve a raise and this is by far the best royal farms ever!!!! Thank you so much Heather and Trina!!! Yall are the greatest!! People should learn from yall because yall are an example of how employees should be!! If I could put a 20 star rating I would!!

Looks like a normal gas station, right? Nope. This gas station looks like a palace more than a gas station. And I can tell you it's also a palace on the inside. Full of dairy and other stuff like a normal gas station BUT they have an ENTIRE DINE IN AREA. The chicken and fries were 6 star worthy. I have an obsession with chicken and fries lol

Michelle the store manager and all of staff are so nice and the food is well worth every penny spent...... just an amazing atmosphere and clean environment.... definitely coming back for more

Walked here from the truck stop and got some of this here chicken. It was good. So were the wedges or western fries.

Well I came here at about I would say 6:45 p.m. on the 29th of August.
when I put in my order there was probably three people ahead of me give or take it, there was an order already being processed it was quite a large order.

but I got mine no later within 3 minutes and I had enough time to enjoy my food as I don't get a lunch I get a 20 minute break

It took me 5 minutes just to get up the road so the fact that it was done that quickly and efficiently.
I was able to enjoy my food actually sitting in my car before I had to return to work so it was actually Pleasant and they were nice enough to make sure I could get a bonus card to help me earn points as they were busy dealing with other tasks they took the time to do that.

They explained how to go about it they were professional and the fact that the fries were really fresh and they switched out the fries that were depleted or not as serviceable the fact that they took that time to do that was pleasant.

the last couple times that I've been here I was also pleased that they actually gave me two or three extra large fries as one of my strips was on little on the small side and they replaced it with a third strip of large proportion so the fact that they did that a little over a month ago is beyond what I have expected.

Compared from other from fast food chains who were more staffed and decently well prepared but the service was lackluster at best.
The fact that this place was minimally staffed but still delivered is pretty impressive.

so the fact that Royal Farms at this specific location was more than I bargained whoever was servicing me that particular day should get promoted and or get a raise in my personal opinion.

but that's just me I don't run the company but they did their work and cheers to them..🙂🙂🙂 👍

Hands down best chicken! Fresh potato salad! Like what?!?! Always taste amazing. Mouth watering 😋. Everytime I visit this location it's always the best expirance. Always fresh food. Fast service. And if you need help, no worries 👍 the employees here go out of their way to help you. ! Weather it's help ordering off the kiosk. Or the self check out. Even for a good conversation.!

I always been a fan of Royal Farms and broke my heart that we didn’t have one in Hagerstown. I kept on checking every week when this new location would open because I could not wait to be their customer! I went for the first time to this location and I was shocked! First of all they were playing This Love (Taylor’s Version) on the radio and that is plus for me since I am a Swiftie. Then they started playing Vogue by Madonna and knew this is where I belonged. I got my chicken sandwich and it tasted like heaven! Sort of how your mom cooks but better! That chicken is perfect! And to top off my experience that had Beyond Beef Jerky! I was looking everywhere for it and I thought gas station wouldn’t had it for a while but ROFO does! I am definitely coming back!

Great food and staff. Pulled chicken sandwich is fabulous. Been there several times and haven't had a bad meal.
