McDonald's

The kid with the glasses and sideburns was awesome. Kind, Courteous, and obviously passionate about what he does. When I pulled up to the drive through window, I saw one of the other employees struggling in the kitchen, and he promtly went over to help. When he brought me my food at the parking space reserved for drive through, he met me with a polite greeting, and he even covered my bag so my fries would stay dry! I felt bad that he had to walk out in the pouring rain, but he seemed unphased, and kept a cheerful demeanor. I wanted to give him a tip, but I had no cash on me. I don't often go to the Hanson McDonalds, but will be returning soon due to my great experience with this young man. To management, if he is not yet a shift lead or the Mcdonalds equivalent, I suggest you make him one immediately. Thanks Again!

Best McDonald's I've ever been, staff is wonderful food was great

It was just so delicious it's honestly hard to put into words. McfuckenYUM!

This McDonald is by far one of the best that I know. The staff are unbelievable nice and go above and beyond to help you out. The food is not all messy and over this is a great fast food place.

My favorite McDonalds on the south shore.

Neighboring mcds could learn from this location.

Appreciate the staffs attentiveness, accuracy, and mostly their commitment to the customer experience from quality of food, to quality of service.

This is a well-managed, clean McDonald's. Never had any complaints here.

I stopped visiting this establishment for years due to poor customer service and sub par food. I was pleasantly surprised today. The front counter staff, Keneen, greeted me immediately. He took our order. Within minutes it was done and he actually went out of him way to deliver it to our table. The food was hot and fresh. I will definitely be back. The owners have definitely made improvements on the staff they hire as well as a delivering delicious products.

The service was amazing! Two employees by the name of Patrick and Sam were extremely helpful and got my food ready for me quickly. I believe they deserve a raise !!! I was very amazed by how kind they were to their customers and how much they care for their job.

This 5 star review is based entirely off of your night employee, Faith. I used to loath coming to this location at night, cold burgers, 'broken mcflurry machines'. The runaround got old, quick. Now, every time I come and faith is on, its a great experience! Hold on to your best people!

When I pulled up to window after a long wait in the line, some employee named Pat helped me get my food really fast and was very kind. He is the best employee I’ve ever met.

I came when it was very busy and I got parked, but someone named Sam helped me get my food really fast. He is such a nice kid and he deserves a raise.

The employees here are very courteous and professional food is always good and hot never had a problem with them doordash delivers for them and doordash does an extremely good job I was very impressed with them

Sausage egg burritos, hash browns and a fountain coke. Extra hot hot sauce. They say it's not eating right? O.K.,where should I be when the asteroid hits? Live life mas!

I went there today and i ordered a 10 piece tender meal a grand mac meal and a happy meal there was a manger there i belive his name was kareem he seen someone put fries that where sitting before i ordered and he said no trash thos and make fresh ones everytime i come here he gives me great sevice i will be back again 👍👍👍👍👍

Is McDonald's confirmed. I was full after. Fast food friendly. Very likely to return. Isnt really busy during the week.

One time I was really sad and these kids named Pat and Sam, who I have never met before, cheered me up with some funny jokes and some extra water because they felt bad. I think they should both get a raise and a $50 check. Thank you Sam and Pat!
