Melissa waited on us today and she was amazing! Not only did she help keep our little ones with coloring and being silly but she ran a packed dining room like it was the easiest thing in the world. The restaurant was clean and the food came out fast and delicious. I will be definitely be back for the good service along with amazing shakes and sundaes. Try the chocolate peanut butter lava cake things it’s life changing!!!

Excellent, friendly service from Donna, delicious food, and good ice cream. Not too busy, was starting to fill tables around 5 pm for dinner. Great experience, will come back.

Our server, Shirley did an excellent job serving us. She had lots of energy and made the experience of my large party very pleasant. On top of the good service, the food was pretty good and the ice cream was good as always. I couldn’t recommend enough.

I just had lunch with my daughter, staff super friendly, food just as I remembered it, would love to see this place busy because the staff is so lovey and the food was really good. I would love to see breakfast offered on the weekends!

A friend and I stopped through here on an impulse for a quick meal and catch up and had the kindest, most outgoing waitress named Stephanie that made both of our days. Absolutely will be returning. If you’re looking for great service this is the best friendlys around!

I’ve always been a huge fan of friendlys chicken tenders!! They’re delicious! So every once in a while, my daughter and I will order food from here & pick it up. The food is absolutely delicious, every time. But like everything else in this world, I have noticed the prices climbing. It’s still worth it. Enjoy!

I bought all the Mac and cheese. It was some of the best I have ever tasted ❌🧢. The French fries were class and made it seem like there was a party in my mouth and everyone was invited. Overall 11/10, top quality service. Meg was my server who was absolutely splendid. If you see this, give Meg a raise because she deserves it more than anyone I know. If you would like to send me more Mac and cheese, my name is Joe.

Excellent quality food at a good price! Fast, friendly service, and a very, very clean dining room. I dine here every other week and am never disappointed. Fast service at the ice cream take out window, too, when my daughter and I need a Fribble fix. I was surprised at the amount of lunches/dinners being picked up there as well.

Stopped in for a quick brunch. I got the Big Two Do with pancakes, sausage, and eggs over medium. My dining partner ordered the Big Two Do with pancakes, sausage, and scrambled eggs. We were served quickly. Everything was very good, eggs cooked to order. Would definitely stop there again.

I’m reviewing the new Friendlys delivery service. We ordered delivery today and it was awesome. I was laughing at the estimated delivery time of 7:22 because it was so specific, but I swear to God, Nick, the delivery guy, showed up at the exact estimated delivery time. Like right on the dot. It was spooky.

The food was fresh and hot, the ice cream sundaes were perfectly cold. There was a snafu with the drinks, but Nick ran back to get them and returned shortly. He’s the best! It was a great experience and I’ll order from Friendly’s delivery service again!

Grew up going to the Friendlys in West Roxbury all the time. Love the Friendly Franks!! Now, I’m 50 years old and have taken each of my 5 kids to the Friendlys in Hanover and Pembroke. Sad to see so many closing & hope Pembroke stays open. Great breakfast too!!
