Update to add: I still use WF and still get the same great customer service. If you need a loan or have any questions about your existing loan, give them a call. Kalessa is amazing. She’s always friendly and quick when she’s getting stuff ready.

Friendly customer service quick and easy

They are very friendly polite and very responsive and make things a lot easier with there way of processing everything online and making it more convenient for there customers just in case your not available to make it into the office. Thanks guys you always come through in a clutch.

I have been a customer for years. The ladies are very nice, friendly, happy, caringand they always have a smile. They are very understanding and will work with you. Every time I go I spend half and hour or long just talking to them about any and everything. They always ask about my daughter. Thank you ladies keep up the good work.
