Taco Bell

I went through the drive-through at 6 o’clock on Tuesday evening. The young lady working the window, had to be the nicest, friendliest and most polite person with whom I’ve had contact with in a long time at a drive-through. Be proud of her. Obviously, she is just a nice and a good genuine person. But to have her there is a bonus and a blessing for your business.

One of my favorite taco bell locations!! All the employees are so nice, plus super fast service! There was a line of maybe 4 cars and I was there for less than 5 minutes. The cheese in my quesadilla was fully melted & there were no stray onion pieces. The best <3

Friendly staff, tasty food though Taco Bell has gotten more expensive over the years. This place is a great place to visit and dine inside.

Good food , i had the Nacho Bell Grande party pack , with extra meat and extra cheese , no guacamole , it was Giant , but it was good , i watch the football game and eat it.

This is, in my opinion, the best taco bell in the state of Michigan.
Order is always correct. Employees are very nice and respectful .

I am pregnant and I am hungry . There was a small order issue that felt big to me and Donna (an amazing member of staff) helped to correct the order she helped so much and made everything perfect for me . I am not easy to make happy in this state lol but she did great I'd give Donna 5 stars

I've been using this drive through weekly for the past few months (while on my way to the laundromat).

I've found the drive through service here quick and accurate. Even when there are several vehicles in line ahead of me, I get through in five or six minutes.

My orders have been accurately filled and my food always hot. Staff here are friendly.

The customer service at the drive thru of this location at 11:30pm was amazing.

We ordered over $50 of food. The workers were patient, and kindly bantered even though the line was steady and long.

I will always remember this experience- we were exhausted and coming from taking my sister who is fighting cancer to the hospital and were desperately hungry and needed the kindness. Thank you.

The worker by the name of Carrie did such an amazing job, first I gave her 2.80 in change and she DIDN’T GET MAD (I work with money and I would have gotten slightly annoyed myself) and she reassured me it was ok. The best part is she was FAST. And I mean fast and she gave us our food at the window even though it was a large order and the last thing is she was very very kind. She deserves some recognition for the GREAT customer service I would give 10/10 if I could

5 stars only because of Donna tonight. I informed the drive thru lady my mom accidentally ordered the wrong thing. So my mom asked if she could hear what comes on the beefy melt and the lady said oh I wasn’t paying attention to what the guy said. The cashier swiped my card for 18 instead of adjusting to the beefy melt burrito. She was very rude individual but thankfully Donna came to the window and instantly fixed the problem for us. Thanks Donna

Five stars were given because the pizza was put back on the menu. I stopped going there when the pizza ceased to exist.
The idiot who thought it was a good idea to remove the pizza from the menu should be fired and never allowed to make such decisions. Maybe deciding what way to hang the toilet paper is more their speed. The worst thing to have ever happened to Toxic Hell. Ooops, I meant Taco Bell.

Person at the drive-through was very nice and patient with our big order. They got all the special orders right and were pretty quick, especially considering how busy they were. I wish every Taco Bell was as well run as this one.

Super Fast order through the drive through today! Employees are always helpful and friendly!! I am always happy to see Kimberly there!! You can tell she cares about people and makes sure customers are happy! :) My order was perfect and tasted hot and fresh!

Favorite taco bell. Food is always hot, mixed well and evenly spread out. I don't like to wait so I avoid the major meal times and they are quick and accurate! Thank you!

Went there today and thought I didn't have all my food and went in to have it fixed and all the girls in there did a great job and fixed what I thought was wrong and then to come to find out I was the wrong one

Cashier was very nice. She made sure that we had the correct order. Food was good and taste. Unfortunately my drink had no flavor. Prices were affordable.

Whomever took my order at the drive thru last night was the kindest person I have ran into in any fast food place ever
