Caribou Coffee

I love my bou, highlight of my day at times. Today, the drink was not the greatest. It had another drinks flavor in it. Most of the time, Bou is great. Not sure what happened, but my Hot Carmel Crafted Press wasn't quite right today.☹

Barista is always attentive and even greets my dog. She loves her pup cup and starts crying when we get in the drive through. She knows! Thank you for a great experience!

Was here around 1:30pm on Friday, 3/29/24.. Happy, friendly customer service.. nice, peaceful atmosphere.. sitting area had plenty of seating and was clean.. I'd would get my caffeine fix here again..

I go thru the drive through occasionally and they are so friendly. You are not just a number…next. They ask how you are, smile, and actually engage like customer service used to be. Great experience’

Great drinks and service received today at this location. Only issue I have with this location is the very large pine tree located on the boulevard which obstructs the oncoming traffic. Wish they could take it down.

I enjoy this Rogers location. The staff is usually very friendly. You always get a good morning or hello when you walk in the door.

Anna with the pink hair is my favorite worker at this Caribou. She’s so personable and never makes me a bad coffee!!

New expresso shaker is delicious, refreshing and not too sweet--good for real coffee lovers!

Everyone working there were so nice to this novice coffee customer. My Chai tea latte was delicious as was my cinnamon coffee cake. Met a friend and we didn't feel rushed at all. Highly recommend!

Nice staff, great coffee drinks. Plain coffee leaves something to be desired, but the food makes up for it.

I don't live in Minnesota any longer, but always make a visit to Caribou when i'm here. I tried the French Toast Shmearful this time - excellent. And my campfire mocha was fantastic as usual. Service was great, restaurant was clean.

My daughter and I just got our favorite matcha cooler and the girl working there was really pleasant and smilie, not like your average American fake smile, more like friendly, true and genuine. You don't see this often. As an introvert I can't really stand fake.

Great service. Conveniently located off 101 which makes it easy access when you are on the go. Have had plenty of meetings here and would recommend it.

I’ve been going here for about 4 years. I love caribou coffee! ☕ Nice and neat place. Once In awhile they would mix up my order but that doesn’t happen too often. I have the perk points so that’s always nice to get a free drink and or free size upgrade! Never had a problem with that! Workers are always nice and have smile on face even when there busy.
