Live the BP Taco Bell. Food always hot, as ordered, and on time. Go out of my way to this one.

Food was prepared quickly and was of the right temperature when served at our table. Everything comes in a bag now (c19).
The young man who took the order was very courteous.

Taco Bell has changed the atmosphere in stores as this one has mostly metal benches and the room was brisk.

They used to be bright and colorful.
Not a knock on this one.

Taco Bell drive thru is always legit....and the Rogers location never disappoints. Excellent service.

Great service here really clean place the staff was very patient with all my kids. Will for sure recommend this place great fast food joint plus of being clean

I eat a lot of tacos at a lot of different Taco Bell stores across the country. Best service experience I've ever had. Taco Bells are not supposed to be 5 stars, but here we are 🤷 Super fast, very friendly, everything correct and a genuine wish of a good day. A+

This location has always satisfied my cravings and gone beyond on special requests. The nice staff is pleasant and often a bit more fun than a typical drive thru. Seems to be good management creating a better work environment. I drive 2 miles further for this location.

As a customer, I rarely ever feel appreciated anywhere nowadays. That being said, the young lady was so kind. She made me feel like my business mattered. It's amazing what a smile and cheerful attitude can do; even in a brief encounter in a drive-thru.

I love this taco bell so much. These people are the blueprint for customer service. Every time I come here I feel overwhelmingly welcomed. Not only that, but the drive through workers always give me a good laugh. The only poor customer service experience I’ve had was during lunch hours. These two older women wouldn’t give me my mobile order at the counter and said I’d have to go through the drive through. I’m not sure if that’s policy or if they were just too busy to help me but they were being really rude. They also gave my friends and I a fare share of dirty looks. They probably just needed a smoke break. After that I waited at the counter for like 10 minutes. Ended up getting my order from a gentleman that I assume was a manager and he was really nice. I just hope that one of the cool taco bell workers knows who i’m talking about and can get a chuckle out of this. Of course the good weighs out the bad by a landslide. As far as the food goes, I mean it’s taco bell.

Always love going to this Taco Bell. The employees 95% of the time get your order right, are super helpful and are seemingly always in a good aattitude. If you're lucky you might even hear them singing!

Food comes out quick and orderly, and that's something you can't beat.

I ordered the taco supreme combo. They usually get all soggy by the time you sit down to eat. But not this time for the first time ever they were all crunchy. Due to the genius that came up with idea of instead placing them upright they were bagged upside down. I hope you let every Taco Bell know to do the same. Kudos to the genius who thought of this.

Very good and nice. We went to the one in maple Grove and it's a joke that they claim open on line and you see staff out and about not willing to serve anyone. Sitting on the sidewalk doing nothing. Claiming they will ONLY serve door dash after 11pm... So I am saying this store was great and wonderful. They cleaned up what another store didn't because of lazy staff... I hope the manager of this store lets the other manager know what is going on...

Having eaten taco bell at a number of locations across 12+ states, I can honestly say that this by far the best Taco Bell I've ever visited. It is modern and clean and, most importantly, the staff is always so friendly, entertaining and upbeat. It is the highlight of a long day to swing by here and add a little cheer to my night!

this is the best taco bell ever. i have gone far and wide searching for the best taco bell and every one has disappointed in one way or another. everyone except for rogers taco bell. rogers taco bell steak chalupa is the best thing in the world and makes up for the city itself. thank you rogers taco bell 11/10 i love you

Got breakfast here a few times. No issues.

We go to this location often due to the customer service we receive every time. We do have a closer taco bell but the Rogers location is amazing. The team members always have a smile and they walk our order to the table. Not to mention the tacos, burritos, wraps etc are always filled nicely.

Alex is an awesome cook! I ordered a #1 no tomatoes.....Alex delivered the order just like I ordered it and it could have been in a commercial, it was awesome. Did I mention he checked to make sure the food was good and the. Told me his name in case I had any problems. Great experience for a fast food taco shop!
