Store is great! The employees are all very nice and helpful. The worker helping me, Erick, did an amazing job troubleshooting my device. Even though these things take time he was very reassuring and thankful for my patience through the process.

The associates in the store are amazing!! Jasmine and I can't remember the young man's name but they were very helpful, informative and helped us with everything we needed today. 5 stars for them!

Went here on Tuesday to upgrade my phone and the staff was awesome and welcoming they took good care of me answered all my questions and got me a great phone definitely will comeback will need some accessories for the phone

I went to the T Mobile inside the mall, needing help with my device. I was greeted by Michelle Burke who was friendly, helpful and troubleshooted my problems quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend her for your phone needs!

I had bought a Phone from a website that the seller deemed unlocked but it was not. I also wanted to transfer a number to their service. They were so kind, patient and very informative on their policies, phones, cases etc. They were able to put the screen protector on my phone for me and my case. Even though they were having trouble transferring my number. one of the workers gave me her number so I can ask her any questions that i needed answers on. And since i live 30 minutes away, she wanted to make it convenient to communicate with her. I was able to transfer my number and managed to get the phone unlocked. I kept her updated on what i did and she told me my next steps. They were so kind and I'll definitely comeback here for an upgrade, case or even just to chat. I'm happy i chose the t-mobile store in the mall!! Over all 100 out of 5 stars and 10 out of 10 will recommend!!

It's a great store with a nice setup. Chelsea and the rest of the staff were friendly and very down to earth. They took care of my upgrade and I was on my way. I love T-Mobile because they hire the best people.

Came in super frustrated because my phone wasn’t able to make calls. Victor helped me and was calm and took his time and turned my experience around. Thanks victor!!

I had the best service today! The technician Elijah was great- the sales women sold me accessories and politely installed them!! Great customer service! Professional staff!

Phenomenal customer service particularly by Ayana and Amir. Ayana listened carefully to my issue, patiently repeated it back to make sure she understood, fixed the hardware on my unique phone (was bought in Australia, but uses TMobile as the carrier) and configured the software. Wow. It is not very often you find a manager with technical savvy and exemplary people skills.

Best T-Mobile store there is. Great employees that go the extra mile to make sure your satisfied. Ask for Abraham if you stop in. He'll take care of you.

Best experience I've ever had in a T Mobile. Store Associate Stacey was tremendously nice, funny and courteous. I highly recommend shopping there.
