The food was the best I've had in a very long time. I love a good Philly and this is the only place I've found that tastes like the real deal. My husband also loved his reuben and said this is the best he's found in Baldwin and Mobile counties. He is a true foodie so that speaks volumes. Definitely give this place a try because you wont leave disappointed. The staff is so warm and friendly which made it a five star experience all the way around.

Have already been here 3 time since they have opened. I have tried the Philly, the Reuben, and of course their amazing fries! They also have one of the best Salad Bars! They have to be my favorite. If you want good food with an awesome staff that has heart and speaks to everyone of their customers, Jilly's is the place to go 🥰

My Mother and I had the pleasure stopping in this afternoon. She had the BLT with their homemade fires and I had the Philly sandwich with homemade chips & the salad bar. Everything was delicious and the staff is incredible. We will most certainly be back with more people.

This place is off the chain!! I love Jilly’s Cafe. I had the Weekender which is a sandwich that comes with fries AND coleslaw ON THE SANDWICH. One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. You will be pleased with the service and the friendly faces. I highly recommend you give this spot a try if you are looking for a restaurant in the Robertsdale area. Five stars all around!

While the food was decent, it's not a place to visit if you are in a rush. Thankfully they had a salad bar to fulfill my hunger as I waited, as the half club sandwich which is just bits of meat and melted cheese took 25-30 mins after 5-10 minutes waiting for the servers to finish socializing long enough to notice I was there. Considering half their menu is some sort of sandwich, I'm thinking they need to invest in some more presses or whatever they are using if the delay is due to limited equipment. Cause heating up a bit of deli meat and toasting bread shouldn't take longer than 5-10 mins, if that.

It definitely seems to be a small town place where everyone knows each other. Overall the service was friendly, but the speed was too slow for what I received.

So I'm only giving this an average rating today.
