I bought a shower door from them around 15 years ago. It started to stick. They realigned it for free when I requested a quote on new "EURO SHOWER DOOR". It was time to refresh the bathroom. Also, they are going to install it so I can have a steam shower.

Straightforward and competitive pricing, top notch customer service and great work. We had them install a very heavy and tall glass shower door. Roger and the crew arrived in time, perfectly installed the door and cleaned up after themselves. We are thrilled with the end result and would highly recommend them.

Correen was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the shower door options and scheduling the measuring and installation dates. I broke the side piece of my curio cabinet and in less than a week, I had replacement glass at a very reasonable price.

My handyman bought the glass for a window and it started developing crack within 2 months of installing from one of the edges.
On informing the shop they would not replace the glass instead they wanted us to buy a new one.
Would recommend to shop from some other place.

Only giving Michigan Glass Depot one star because of Roger. Otherwise I would give none. Had work done by them back during quarantine so I understand things were slow. I was patient however there is absolutely NO communication. I had to call every time. Each date came and went and order still wasn't complete. There was always some excuse on top of quarantine. First the glass was cut wrong. Then the wrong hardware came in. Then finally when they came to install 6 months later, the shower glass door was curved. They had to take it back and have it redone. Finally after another 3 weeks it was finally complete. I did however want to give them a second chance. So I needed some more work. I called, left a message and no call back. Until a person I regrettably passed their name onto was having work done (again same complaints by them) told Roger about no call back and he got my number and had Corrine (which is his wife) call me. She did call. However, when I called back she told me they are really busy aren't interested in any new business right now. WOW! Roger is fantastic but as far as working with the office forget it! There is absolutely NO communication and she speaks to people with no respect. It's unreal. But if you don't believe me, use them and see for yourself! I never write reviews but I had to write this one. Have never dealt with a business like this before. EVER.
