Panera Bread

I ordered catering service for a big event and I experienced some of the best customer service I ever had. An employee named Andrew helped me over the phone and was incredibly patient. He answered all my questions and helped me to perfect my order. This is a great location to cater an event!

First time i went for breakfast here. It was good and more affordable then i thought. Next time i will need to hold my girlfriend back to get some pictures lol...wish me luck!

Food and service were excellent at this location. The problem was Google Maps would not help me get out of Carbondale to 55 Haley Road in Anna, IL. This was my worst experience ever with Google maps.

Great place to eat fresh and organic food. With a friendly service. My favorite place to relax and meet people.

Panera in Carbondale is my favorite group of people. They are often in high demand and do such a great job. I walk there for a lunch break and walk past other closer options but I feel like I just have to say hi to them.

My order was delivered from Door Dash. It was as I ordered and did not take too much time.

A very hard working employee was running the desk, cleaning out the cars and and still gave me excellent service with my car rental process. I went in 7 20 2022 at 4:35. I didn't even think of catch his name. I refer to him as "Awesome Enployee"

We came here for lunch and throughly enjoyed the Strawberry salad and will definitely order it again. This was our first time and the staff was very patient with us as we used the order system.

We go here do have our Managers Meetings. They never seem to mind how long we take. Sometimes we are their an hour other times we are their 3-4 hours. We never feel like we are rushed to leave after we have ate. It always Nice and quite. Everything I have ordered has been delious. As well the presentation is always appealling. The drink selection is awesome. I look forward to returning for our meeting soon. Thanks Panera Workers for been so kind, respectful, and patient with us!

Food was great. Quiet and peaceful. Very clean. Apparently the dining area closed while we were there and the entrance doors were blocked off. Not sure what was going on with that but we were able to finish our meal without having to evacuate.

I always enjoy Panda. Sure they’ve struggled with supply chain issues and a challenging employee market but I think the quality and quantity food you receive for $10.00 is more than fair.

I especially like the teriyaki chicken, sesame chicken, and my son loves orange chicken.

The customer service I received was excellent and the food was great too. On this trip to Panera Bread; I ran into a an aquaintance and she told me about the rewards card. I requested from staff a card and will register it online as soon as I find it in my purse. Thank you for a great experience! I will be back soon with my rewards card!

The Asian chicken salad was crisp and flavorful! And the spicy chicken my son had was very good too! He talked and talked about it afterwards 😂

I just ordered off of the pick two and I am highly satisfied, my food was done on time and they didn't mess up the order. You should really try the bread bowls they are amazing. It was an online order and very friendly associates.

I love this place but I'd never known it as panera so it was known that's the Saint Louis bread company but I didn't doordash to pick up an order there once and it's still smell pretty good in there I'd go there and eat

Incredibly quick food, friendly staff, can be busy.

I always get the Cheddar broccoli soup in a bread bowl. It's always good and Never disappoints! I just wish the portion size of the soup was larger. I really like the piece of bread that they give as well.
